hello, i salute you for being so honest. in fact i am seeing myself in you even myself i fell such..however i am very hopefull that everything will be better and this cryptocurrency will boom and will benefits us all.. all we have to do is to continue on what we are doing and be positive on all the thing because i believe god will pay back in all of our sacrifices..
Same with me man. It has happened to me a few times. What affected me was my emotion. My eyes were on the profit and with the market going down, I thought it would not rise to its initial value. Then I sell in haste, only for it to rebound and soar higher the NEXT DAY (can you imagine 
).This is part of the experience buddy. Now you're wise.
As for me I need not to panic and invest to start in the main coins that will not lose in value, and to study completely the market of crypto currency, its behavior

Definitely, experienced is the best learning and lessons learned as we experienced so bad. To be disappointed is just normal because it's part of our life to make thing wrong first in order to learn your mistakes in life. As I met those people who experienced so down moment and after that experienced they become successful as those bad moments set as our challenges.

We should take every wrong decision that we make a a learning curve to be better on what we nees to do. In any industry experience is the best tutor as such a person should treat mistakes as a blessing and move forward complaining and blaming is just make the person lose interest and hope to the industry.
It is normal in this crypto world but the lesson here is be more patience try to control yourself not to become a panic seller well that is a good thing also because you've learned from your mistakes so next time you know what to do and in holding you must know the right timing when to pull the trigger. Don't blame yourself because failure is a part of success.
So it is worth developing, you must always teach, so as not to be disappointed in yourself and always conquer new peaks!

Always have an exit strategy. Maybe you can stand to lose 20% before you sell and try to reevaluate where the market is heading. And vice versa if you can feel good about selling a coin that has gone up 3x, maybe leave some coins to see if it rises further, but being ok if you sold at 3x an then later it goes to 10x. There's no need to be so zealous about coin investment. Just know where you're comfortable getting out on both sides.
If you have a chance to take profit a cryptocurrency at 3x value, and as you said, you still feel that coin can increase in the value, you can make a profit 50% that amount or enough the amount you invested. That's my strategy to deal with this case because sometimes, some altcoins won't stop the bullish trend early as you predict. This strategy helps you can evade the situation you miss the chance to sell at high price.
You at least got away without making any loss, Input=output situation is kind of fine considering some bad financial / investing decisions people make everyday. Patience do matter, if you're not a day trader best thing is buy a coin/token and forget it for at least a YEAR, 3 months, 6 months theories are running out of date now.
What i regret and disappoint is the decisions I never made, Investments I never made. I want so badly to invest but still not putting my self out there. You at least took the first step and you put your self out to the big bad crypto world. you should be proud for that.

well there are so many times that we make great blunders and regret sometimes to the point of depression but what have to remember is that we are still humans and bound to make mistakes.So the best way to help yourself is to forgive yourself ,learn from the mistake and moved on else you will be absorbed in self pity and it can break you down.
Just hodl and you won't have this problem. You are chasing gains without knowing TA. If you are an impatient investor, it behooves you to study charts so you can at least buy and sell at calculated times instead of doing it on pure emotion

I bought the ETC when its price was 15$, i kept it for three months, including when it down at 9$, I still don't sell, because i believe it. And when ETC rise to 15$. I sold everything and waited it down $ 13 to buy more. But, fuck myself, the next day it rise to fucking 30$, Are you kidding me?
I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.
This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't tell anyone about this, including my wife.

I bet the same mistake already made by another people. Frankly, we don't know what will happen with our investment and making such wrong decision is very common to happen.
Sometimes, we do mistakes, but it's our way of learning and not making the same mistakes again that's why I will say that there are still chances for new beginnings, just wait for that opportunity and keep trusting and holding your investment. Though I'm really quite an impatient person as well but in this market, we really need to wait for the right time.
According to my way of thinking, it seems like you are in a hurry to make a little profit and worry about losing it all, do not invest more than you can lose and invest if you understand fluctuations in assets. And also you have to believe that the world of cryptocurrencies will revolutionize and changing the financial system in the world to trade best and better luck in the future.

Don't get too depressed with the results. It happens to everyone. I have been investing in crypto for the past five years and similar instances have happened with me more than a dozen times. You need to forget these incidents and move on.
