What!!!

They just put the prices up another $40 to $1749.99 in the space of an hour. So they are now $150 more expensive than hashra.com also hashra's shipping is totally free but zoomhash want to charge me another $89.99 on top of the $150 so really they are $240 more expensive.

One more point zoomhash 2 days ago i had the option of redeeming my reward points i had something like $40 in reward points now that option has been removed and you need a million points to redeem a minimum of $100, seriously zoomhash are you trying to loose customers deliberately? because your really taking the piss with this.

When will you beat this legitimate quote from hashra? i like your service but it is a no brainer who people will pick
 

I'm glad i'm not the only one, zoom hash's first post on this thread says it all "We can beat ANY legitimate quote" but there $110 out. I want to order a blade now or in the next few day's but if the prices remain as they are i'm going to have to purchase from hashra despite the excellent service from zoom hash.

+1 I prefer to keep ordering from Zoomhash and already messaged them about their prices. Even the 5-chip is more expensive then their previous batch.

Please update your prices, you have to lower them if you want to compete.

I do a lot of ebay sales use the post office a lot. during income tax season the Post offices across the USA hire a lot of temp workers.

 So from March 1 to May  1 service   drops off.  Print out your tracking go to the post office inquire politely about any missing packages. I have had issues with 6  out of 50 packages since  March 1.

 5 of the 6 were found after I went to the post office.

but he did the right thing and sent me replacements via  fedex.

I had the happen. Then for me they delivered it the next day even though they said they delivered it that day on there site.

How many grid seeds does the controller run?

For whatever is worth, I have had that happen to my packages more than once. It's imperative you follow up with the post office right away. The mail carrier might be able yet to retrieve the package from wherever it was misdelivered to.

I ordered a single Gridseed on Friday 4/11. It was from the batch scheduled to ship on 4/14-4/17 so when it shipped on Saturday I was really pleased. I followed the tracking and USPS showed it as delivered today. I didn't receive anything so I'm hoping USPS just scanned it delivered early on accident or something.

Have you ever seen that happen?

Just realized this isn't a general Zoomhash thread. Anyway I went ahead and filed a claim with USPS... hopefully it will turn up. I live in an apartment so the post office would have to totally fuck up and either put it in the wrong box or leave it on the damn breezeway.

Unfortunately USPS does that.

I received my order today on time. You were right about the post office not scanning the package. I only saw a status change last night, when the package was scanned at the local sort center.

Within minutes of receiving the package I had both units hashing, with the gridseed fork of bfgminer.

Ordered a Gridseed and power adapter.  Got shipped within the promised time and came in 3 days later including the weekend.  Very fast customer support response when my tracking # wasn't showing up.  I hope to do business with you in the future

Before you start whining, ZOOMHASH is a reseller of GRIDSEED products.  Your issue is with GRIDSEED products.  If you have an issue with GRIDSEED products, look for a GRIDSEED support thread.  See what I did there?  Caps are hinting at something when you're running into issues running hardware.

I personally have purchased 3 units from Zoomhash and all three have had mixed results.  One will only work on my Win8 laptop without crapping out after ~5 minutes, the other two have been running scrypt only and on for several days without an issue on a different Win7 desktop.  This is the final setup I came to after several days of moving units back and forth and getting idle notifications from Scryptguild every two hours.  The Gridseed units themselves are very quirky, heck, with the two that are running side-by-side there is a 10% variance in performance that I can't explain except for hardware/chip quality.  I'm actually in the process of reviving and old mining desktop with linux just to run these things since the linux folks seem to have a lot more luck getting these up and going (and stay going).  

As far as no refunds, from a former seller perspective I stand by Zoomhash 100% on this.  We're in an industry full of what other industries would consider alpha/experimental hardware and getting hardware from Gridseed requires buying through a 3rd party agent in mainland China to handle logistics, etc.  This is an industry that is basically still run out of basements and garages and Zoomhash has to compete with overseas competitors who don't have the logistics upcharge to deal with and and who change prices every time Gridseed rolls out new pricing, so by the time my units arrived the price had changed twice (reminds me of the old AsicMiner stick days).

Summary - Your issue is with hardware, look for hardware help. If something was damaged in shipping, don't flip your shit and call out your internet phantom dogs to go after them, give them detailed pictures to explain the damaged equipment/non-functional hardware and see what they can do for exchange.  But don't bring your childish rant to the forum where lots of other folks are having great experiences with this vendor and their policies, you end up looking like the dolt.

Edit: I'm not endorsed by Zoomhash, but I believe in supporting vendors who do right by you.  I tried to get into selling Gridseed units but the logistics are a crap-show, so I let the pros like Zoomhash handle it. 

Zoom, you got great prices for batch 15. I placed my pre-order. Looking forward for another smooth group buy. Cheers.

you allowed code zoom2 and gave me 10.50 off and would not let my 10 reward be used.  if you don't want to let me use the 10 dollar reward with code zoom2

I would prefer you cancel the reward and add back the points.  once I reach 100,000 points I can cash in for a 100 dollar reward code.   please fix this.

to anyone with reward points do not cash them in until they reach 100,000 or a 100 dollar reward.

if you have 30,000 in points  you get 3x  10 dollar rewards.  not 1 x 30 dollar reward , As far as I can tell you can only use 1 of them.

  I used zoom2 got my 10.50  and now have this 10 reward code which is worth less then zoom2   you need to fix it.

Grids are now at 100$ in one GB, will you beat that too?
