my rma came today…

 I got a chance to install it and it seems to be working at about 5.2mh


I will ship it( the bad blade)  back via usps priority mail.  I could not get to post office today ,but should get to it on sat.

 

I am awaiting the tracking for order # 5663  


 I paid for it on the 29th of may.


I am considering purchasing 1 more maybe on sat or sun.

I have a question about my zoompoints I have 46000 of them which means i spent more then 4600 usd in you store.

When do you think this program will come back I would like to buy something with all these points.

   To all those that doubt the post office is fucked up look at my rma tracking.

now zoomhash told me they purchased label and shipped late may 27th.  they are in California I am in New Jersey

the item arrived this morning 10:30 east coast time  if you look at the post office paper trail they never scanned anything and fucked up everything, but   the Howell NJ end of the shipment.

 This happens a lot and here is good proof it happened.  Good proof the USPS was wrong not ZOOMHASH about sending a timely rma.

To expand a bit. I ordered an overclocked GS miner (basic overclock) and a PCI-e 6 GS adapter. The envelope I got had one adapter and the aforementioned invoice for a different customer for order 5400.

I can keep the adapter, it's the same part I ordered, but I still need the miner.

I have a problem with the latest order I placed at your store.

Apparently you shipped me an order meant for someone else. Looks to me like someone in your shipping dept. crossed the USPS labels. I emailed your support address with pictures.

In essence, the package had an invoice inside for order 5400, while mine is #5397.

I have received no reply to my support email, and that's why I am posting here, making sure you get my info.

Please let me know when I an expect shipping of my overclocked Gridseed miner.

I first did yahoo.com  and some how yahoo.com screwed it all up.   So to all if you email and nothing happens try using a second email from a different email service.

It was also a holiday on Monday in USA sorry.

2 emails i send to the one email exists on your site, [email protected], and then the third to one other email which i donot remember, that send my dhl tracking number and i replied that i got pnly the miner and not the pi and power supply... but no answer. but thanks anyway.

The accessories come from Los Angeles and was shipped a while back. I will pm the tracking for the accessories if you have not already gotten it yet.

Being in Norway, it might take longer to get the accessories than the blade. We only guarantee 5 day deliveries within USA as stated in the description.

my problem is not that, but thanks for that anyway. the miner came with DHL in 2 days, but when i ask information about the other two i receive no answer. that is why i am not happy...

Just an fyi, if you only purchased a single adapter you can only power half the blade.  Each half requires usb + power independently, and likewise can be used for mining independent of one another.  And accessories always come from Cali, sadly sometimes USPS from Cali is slower than DHL from HK.  I've watched packages accepted by carriers on the same day and DHL shows up in two days while Priority takes four.

the tracking code you send me was correct and this package came from hong kong and contained only the Blade Miner.

I wanted to give the nod to ZoomHash and Michael. I've bought over $10,000 worth of product from ZoomHash since March 2014. Every shipment except one showed up on time and exactly as advertised. The only shipment I had an issue with was one for an overclocked gridseed blade unit that was coming from a partner company of theirs that never showed up. Not only did Michael make it right but refunded me the total amount of bitcoin I sent to them on the 12th of May, 2014 and not the equivalent amount of what it is now (back on the 12th, BTC was around $430 / BTC, now it's $565 / BTC, a pretty big difference).

There was a holiday mixed in there and other factors and all I can say is in the end, Michael made it right, more so than I could have expected from any other company dealing with BitCoin / miners and the likes.

ZoomHash has been a really awesome company to work with.

Do not hesitate to use them for any of the product they offer on their website. They offer great support, awesome prices and good deals for returning customers like myself. That's why I keep going back to them. 6 orders later (one through their ebay site and not their website) and they are 100% for me.

I paid 249 for my single asic 5 chip.  It now sells far below that price.  
Im not upset though, cause I knew that walking in.  With asics come volatility.  
Zoomhash has always been fair and honest, and continues to offer products at competitive prices.
If you think you got it bad, check out the "rigs" on Ebay.  Used to be a ratio of $1,000 per MH.  Those prices have been slashed, and even at that they cant compete with asics.

This is a game of technology, prices and time.
What most people are hedging their bets on is where the prices of Bitcoins (and altcoins) will go.  But nobody can tell the future, and nor can the future of technology prices be known.  Its all about time and price, the price of coins and the price of technology.  As for time, you can wait and hope that the new price falls within your favor, or you can buy now and hope that time plays the greater role.  Anyway you slice it its a gamble.
Best of luck to all of you, for whatever price you paid for an increasing hashrate, wherever this trend may take us.

Been watching for a while, pulled the trigger a few days back on a single Gridseed.

Zoomhash shipped it when they said they would, it arrived well packaged and in good time. I haven't hooked it up yet, cuz I've got too much on my plate at the moment, but I was quite impressed with Zoomhash. I even had a bit of a problem at first, as the tracking number couldn't be found by the post office. (it eventually did). The gentleman who responded IMMEDIATELY to my query was professional, polite, and had a good sense of humour about the whole thing.

I will definitely do business with them again.

Well one of my power supplys for a gridseed I ordered three weeks ago just, died, ordered from Zoomhash with my gridseeds.

Scrypt only mining.  I'm just not having a good run so far lol

Prices dropped in half (literally) 2 weeks after I ordered. Now I'm down a miner after only 3 weeks with it running, for what I paid I could now have almost 8 MH

Wow, what does Pakistan Post do? Priority Mail international should be 7-10 days....Anyways we are going to compile a list of countries we do not ship to soon. As for reimbursement, what has the Post office said?

We received a request that this be mailed via DHL after it has already gone out
Unfortunately, the package has already gone out.
Pakistan Post Office still has not delivered this after over a month?
