Wow. Now the question is: was your refund just a token bone to keep the wolves away, or is Yifu actually going to handle the batch 3 refunds that have piled up? Sorry, but it is really hard not to be jaded by this BS.

I have gotten my refund as well...  so two is not a trend.... but it is sure more welcome than zero.

Under the circumstances, I hope you won't be too upset to learn that many people will be extremely skeptical of refund claims until a bunch of people start posting their txids.

Avalon needs guarantees in the future, Instant refunds when asked, and 2-4 day shipping, no wait time.  And to clear Avalon's name they must compensate us with future chips.

What a shame.  This company could have been great.  It has been driven into the dirt by an incompetent little boy.  Yifu, you have no face and are a waste of carbon.  You not only make your company look bad, you make Bitcoin look bad.  But hey, as long as you got paid, fuck everyone else, right? 

I received my batch 3 Avalons, but many tradeins were never processed and only one person ever received a refund (anemone5).  For you NOT to be aware of this is laughable yet sad.  You are a true shitbag.  And to think I gave you the benefit of the doubt for so many months.  I am angry FOR these people and hope you get what you deserve, prison time.

They were making a ton of money.  I don't see why they didn't hire a customer support person.  Even BFL has BFL_Jody to tell people to go fuck themselves.

I think Yifu is just scared shitless now that Zefir has posted and proposed to the investors to pursue legal action.

But, shouldn't we just say "fuck the refunds" and legally bury Avalon for good? I'd happily throw in some extra BTC to fund such operation. Even though I'm in steamboats groupbuy and not Zefir's, I'm going to support his action with hard BTC might it need to come to that.

It's time the bitcoin community took a stance against these elaborate scams.

AFAIK we got chips worth ~14mil usd. probably community will find some pennies for burnin, bkk and other assemblers.
It will be easy to figure out who should get what ammount since there are clear delivery adresses in each group buy for each assembler.

He's set back so many that built businesses around this.. and spent countless hours developing hardware / software to work with the chips. BKK seems to come to mind the first, many others I'm not so concerned about, as they were lousy with their customers (ahem, Terrahash).

Everyone should consider supporting BKK a bit with all that he's done for the community here. Forgive me for leaving out others that probably worked just as hard behind the scenes.

He hasn't refunded Batch 3 customers yet, what makes anyone think he'll honour chips refunds?

Obviously you are no longer in control of your company Yifu.

I am a batch #3 customer who has not received their refund yet. Order #5105.

I'll help Yifu out with his communications:

"Huh, what refunds?   they weren't processed?   The BTC has now been sent!"

**2 weeks later, after every thread here erupts with 'still no BTC received'**

"BTC was sent... the chinese mafia somehow intercepted it, after I contacted investigators a bomb blew up my car, I am now under protective services and have to take the next flight to an undisclosed location to protect myself and my family"



Yifu - Karma is a bitch.

EDIT:   Sorry for the harshness - obviously frustrated, and it disgusts me seeing these types of responses from Yifu.
