I think trade-in and refunds refer to the Avalon units...

TerraHash CEO is stating that there are no refunds for the chips, while on http://www.avalon-asics.com/ we read:
"(..) We will provide more update as they come. In addition, the trade-in and refunds are being processed."

Receiving chips at this date is rather pointless and new solution should be pursuit for benefit of all parties involved.
Especially that receiving chips is not enough and TerraHash engineers have to produce the boards, arm them with chips, test them and ship them.
"Avalon", "Yifu G." those are great names and those names are at stake here!
I really hope that you will make a decision that will keep them clean and even rise them to legendary status, defeating all rumors once and for all.

Zefir paid for two batches at the same time, 1561 btc.
So it's either the 1st payment of 1561 on that day or the second, only 10K chip difference between the orders.

One side note regarding the spreadsheet. There are 26 batches ordered at 04/20. I don't have the exact transaction id from zefirs bacht #2, I only wrote it down, where the date fits. We can't be sure if the large order of 20 bachtes is shipped or not.

Careful what you wish for. If you think he is slow at shipping chips, he is even slower at refunding. So far to date, only 1 (as in a singleton) batch 3 avalon order refund has been issues. I have no idea what could be the issue with refunding... other than the desire to not issue them and hold onto the BTC.
It's a pretty good sign that the coin has moved out of the company and into employee's wallets.
Pray tell, how is employees getting sent BTC good for refund requests?
