They say that they can ask for KYC if they believe a player is underaged. How could a casino suspect that based on a player's betting pattern.
Another thing I found interesting about them is that they don't have a betting license, however, they do have certain restricted locations. I wonder why that is!?It is positive though that they will not confiscate your coins even if you refuse their KYC demands.
I'm also wondering how the system will suspect the underage users. Maybe they will observe the betting patterns. They may contact the user if they find it unusual than all other bettors. And it isn't so hard to determine an underage person by doing some conversation with them.
Probably they still have some restricted countries as they had license before. Some countries have strict laws against gambling. It could be a reason to keep the restrictions on some countries as well.

You didn't add any sources for Roobet and FreeBitco. Links are missing only for those two casinos.
Freebitco have the shortest list of terms among all gambling site. They have no single word about the KYC/identity/AML policy in their TOS. I found no information there which could be included in the post. About Roobet, they have mandatory level 1 KYC verification system. I didn't include any more info in their KYC requirements column as they have a mandatory verification system.

I believe Curacao eGaming has a license validator, but I'm not sure about the others. Perhaps you can post an example of a gambling site with no license verification here so the community can help.
The license validator logo is not available on some of the casino that you listed on the table. I don't want to mention specific casino on your list but there really is.
Almost every licensed casino have the validator link available at the bottom of the page. I found only 2 casinos from the current table who have license information available at the site without validator link. One of them is Betcoin.ag and the other one is CryptoGames. @Beparanf, it would have been more helpful if you had mentioned the names as well. I have sent a message to both casino email support for the details of license validator. Let's wait for the response of them.

The license validator is available in every casino and you can verify it by clicking in the validator logo from the casino only. The validator link doesn't work if I post it here. I tried to put the link in the table when I was creating this topic, but I removed the link as it was showing some error like this

The license validator logo is not available on some of the casino that you listed on the table. I already try it before that's why I comment on this. Some of the casino just display there license number instead of the license validator logo that you mention. I don't want to mention specific casino on your list but there really is. I just want to make sure all the license they are declaring is authentic since we are all anonymous here.

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
@OP, Let me just take this opportunity to congratulate you on creating this topic. It is always good to have easily accessible information, like this, in one place. I hope you will be able to keep this list updated. I especially appreciate the fact that you decided to omit the proven scam sites from the list (I hope this will not lure in a legion of trolls and sock-puppets in this thread).

I believe Curacao eGaming has a license validator, but I'm not sure about the others. Perhaps you can post an example of a gambling site with no license verification here so the community can help.

Good work compiling this information! Thumbs up also for not wanting to include negatively tagged sites.
Threads like this is something that I am interested in, and I know how much work has to be put into creating them. Good for you for sticking it out.

I find the KYC information for Bustabit and Bustadice very interesting.

Hahaha yeah, they messed up with the theme website + paragraph.
I guess you can search with the keyword "KYC" for the document
I haven't update them in the list as everything is mixed up there. I have searched with the keywords ‘KYC' and found about their rules, but I couldn't find the details of KYC verification steps there. And it's true that every licensed casino have almost same steps for the KYC verification

Just a curious question, Is there a way to verify the authenticity of the license of these Casino. It's easy to copy or provide a random license number on the website, ~
Suggestions from the forum members will be needed in the next few days for sure, because it isn't going to possible for me to collect the information from each casino. And I need feedbacks from the forum members. So, there is no reason to lock this topic. Eventually, I haven't seen any useless reply in this thread yet. I wanted to avoid the off-topic and useless discussion here, seems like the message of the post is working.

You should make this thread self moderated if you really want to avoid discussion here or at least lock the thread after you update your table if you don't want suggestions.

Just a curious question, Is there a way to verify the authenticity of the license of these Casino. It's easy to copy or provide a random license number on the website, Just add the logo of Curacao or other license org and they are good to go since only few user check the authenticity of the license. I hope theres a website to check each license then put that link on the table as reference for the license authenticity.

Good job!

Like all of you, I can't see the license in Blackjack.fun while they have ‘KYC requirements’ mentioned in their TOS. Anyway, their TOS is mixed-up as everything is written in a single paragraph. They should separate each rules of the terms.
Hahaha yeah, they messed up with the theme website + paragraph.

I guess you can search with the keyword "KYC" for the document is up to them, but they ask with name, country and address. Just take conclusion document need to be ask is the most common data like exchange (ID/PASSPORT + Paycheck/Bills Payment).

I believe all of casino/exchange is ask that data 95% same, I don't think you need to be included the data casino will be ask. Just for KYC (YES/NO) is already enough.

As we see, all crypto casinos have a KYC procedure, except casinos without license(the same time it is enough dangerous to gamble in such casino as for me). The difference is just what you have to do. As i see - all casino get your personal data, so i don`t know for what purposes we use cryptocurrencies in such casinos. It doesn`t anonymize us.

You are bound by the rules and casino is bound to protect the integrity of their system and the only way casinos can do that is to do KYC on account that they think is a fraud or abusing their features, yes Cryptocurrency can help us anonymize our presence in casinos as long as you are following rules and the casino is compliant to regulators and reputable you are still safe.

As I have mentioned it in the post, I'm still working to collect the data and add more casino in the list. I have checked Blackjack.fun too, but I couldn't find the required information. Yesterday I sent a message to their email support, and I'm still waiting for their reply. I have also sent email to two other casino (Bustadice & CoinRoyale) and got reply from both of them. I will add them in the list soon.

Glad we have something like this as a good reference instead of checking every casino if they have license and require KYC, almost all of them require KYC many at some point if they suspect that you are breaking the rules, this is also a good reference for a reputable casino, I hope you can check and include the casino I'm promoting right now, Blackjack.fun, I think it deserves to be on the list.

Blackjack.fun looks like a very big live casino but I can't find their license but you can see it's owned and operated by Satya Code SRL which the information is down the footer. The documents to look for are in the https://blackjack.fun/provably-fair which they don't specify which document they'd need when asking for KYC, I think its just about age that they are monitoring.

If Mahdirakib will list it, it may be like this:

blackjack.fun |No|Yes (If needed)|User need to provide necessary informations (based on the request of casino team).

Yes lately blackjack.fun is growing based on wager some whale players come to play there even blackjack.fun offers weekly contests of almost 1 BTC
I also haven't found information about the license but I will try to confirm to the admin if I get information I will add it here.

It's not a requirement to deposit and play but these casinos listed will likely ask for KYC if they think your account is abusing like in the case of one complainant

After examining patterns of the bets placed on sports, and noticing signs of abuse, our team has decided to enforce an electronic KYC check on your account.

There may be some reasons like a violation of the terms and the use of VPN when the casino doesn't allow it, it's to protect the rules of the casino and to protect their players as well.

On-chain betting casino is the most site without any "KYC & License", while the betting activity using a contract for your bet & automatically withdraw to your wallet. The most important things for this are only provably fair.

Well, you included that gamblers should check the site's T&C, KYC/AML policy page instead of depending on this thread ~
There are a lot more information about KYC verification in each gambling sites T&C/AML page. It wasn't possible to include all of those details in the table. I have only provided the screenshot of the terms where the casino mentioned ”We reserves the right to ask for KYC/identity verification... ”. This topic contains a small & basic part of the KYC policy. So, it will be better to check out the T&C page to clear all doubts.

I would personally like to see another column with a "worst case scenario" for each casino. E.g. if you fail to identify yourself, what would happen? Do they seize your funds, refund you the whole amount & close your account, or refund your deposit only?
The result could be different based on the cases. Even casino may seize your funds and close your account, otherwise refund of the deposits and close your account after submitting the personal details. It will be complicated to add those information in the table.

Perhaps you can add more details about how they use the KYC data and the data security? Are they using third party providers for KYC, for example?
So whether its good or not, is hard to say. But it has to be proven to be secure.
Almost all of them using 3rd party service to complete and verify the KYC data of the users. I thought to add the list of the providers, but I wasn't able to check it in every casino. I will try to add it in the future (if possible). A licensed casino must need to follow the rules of their license provider. They won't disclose the personal details of any users in public places, but they may share it with someone (legal authority) to verify the documents.

Great table.

May be a bit hard to find that info, perhaps look at T&Cs?
I guess the casino can hold your balance until you fill what it needs. Or the other scenario, the casino can close your accounts immediately if you are caught breaking their rules or cheating them.

Hopefully, @OP can add more casinos and their requirements so we will know what casino we can use to gamble. More updates from @OP will be waiting as this thread will help many members to know the good casino.

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.
Its a very nice table. Perhaps you can add more details about how they use the KYC data and the data security? Are they using third party providers for KYC, for example?
Questions like that are important because Know-Your-Customer verification methods can be quite the double edged sword when it comes down to it. And I mean not only for gambling or other fund - related accounts but also for basically anything. Once you connect your identity to something, that becomes something you cannot delete. While KYC protects you legally, in case something happens where you need to prove the funds belong to you, it can also be used against you. So whether its good or not, is hard to say. But it has to be proven to be secure.

As what it is right now, your table setup is fine and you don't have to worry about it. The important is the details of KYC/AML Policy Page, T&C for each casinos that are in your list. Well, you included that gamblers should check the site's T&C, KYC/AML policy page instead of depending on this thread though this is helpful for notifying a gamblers about it first before they read I fully on the gambling site's policy page.
