Personally i prefer to play safe, i mean i will not invest my money to any alt coin which are basically new in the crypto market. so if i have to choose then i'll choose to participate in bounty campaign and get some token or coin as the credits of my participation.
The worst risk we might take is only when the campaign we're participate in is actually a scam and they did not pay us at all at the end of the campaign.
But if you have money and faith in some altcoin then i think its also good for you to invest your money on it .

I join bounty since i don't have enough money to invest in some projects that;s why i am sacrificing my time and putting an effort in some bounties. It's easy to have bounties if you really want to work with it and have some time management since im a student in a precious university so managing time is my priority.

I do both. But I mostly prefer to go bounty hunting. If a project has a good chance that I can earn big from the bonus then I also invest in their ICO. That's what I do so the money will be doubled plus the bounty I will be earning.
I find bounty and investing both profitable. Personally, I am into bounty because my financial state won't allow me to invest. My day time job only provides our family' s daily needs. Bounty is like a baby step wherein your mind is fed while working and the best part of it, you are getting paid for all your efforts. If you have extra money, you can start investing on cheap promising altcoins or even on ICOs.
Nobody prevents us from investing and simultaneously participating in bounty companies. Personally, I do so. I invest only in companies that I think are excellent. But in bounty companies I participate in many.

Your post seems like a kind of bad hidden ad. But I will reply anyway. I do invest and participate in bounty too as it's a good combination of efforts how to earn good stakes of chosen currencies
I chose to join bounty hunting since I don't have extra money to put into investing. In bounty hunting, only need to invest my time and and due diligence.
So what I need to do is to manage my time and perform specific tasks required, and thru this I can earn.

It is best to start with the Bounty in the process of exploring the market and simultaneously invest what you have earned!
To invest is very profitable at the moment because the prices are at a low level. To participate in the bounty you need to be very confident in the project in which you participate. there are can not pay or it will be pennies.
Bounty is the best choices for me, it doesn't need to have a lot of money to invest, We work on something and then we got paid, if we already have a lot of money then it is the time to start invest.
We can use for invest on what we earn in the bounty campaign. That's the way i am doing if i have some enough bounty rewards in campaign. So ill earn enough profit for what i'm doing right now. Sometimes im fucosing in investing because it was better also but it was too hard because you need to look at the market if are red or green.

bounty are very good , participating in them you get reasonable coins cheaply and when this coins gain value in the market you have a better profit assuming you have up to hundreds of different coins even though this coins is giving 50cent per coin , if you do the mathematics very well you know you got lot of profit

its better to prefer both invest or bounty.. if we invest we earn money at the same time if we go for bounty we can get stake token and its increasing every every week...
