Hello guys! I am planning on investing all my savings (12500$) in cryptocurrency, so I would really like to hear your opinion. My current plan is to split it in to 3 :
-50% bitcoin.
-25% ethereum.
-25% litecoin.

I am investing the money at the next dip.
Please post your opinion guys.

Edit: I should mention that this is for a longtherm hold, about 5-10 years

Sorry for my bad english, but I am better reading it than writing it.. :p

Your plan in investing 50% of your saving to bitcoin is a good idea. But don't do it now wait for the fork this month so that you can see if it is a good idea to invest that 50% of your savings. But for altcoins i think dont invest in ethereum there are bad rumors about this coins.

Solid long term plan!!
Perhaps pick an altcoin not so high up the ladder and take a shot with it because theres more potential for growth and its more fun. Just a suggestion.
No other coin is beneficial for investing bitcoin is best and will remain best because bitcoin allows everyone to earn and investing savings into a altcoin means losing your saving because altcoin are unknown to world, world only know about bitcoin so invest in it this will give you a lot in few days and you will feel satisfaction over this decision and I am also doing this mate this helps me to achieve high.

Same. I am invested all my savings into cryptocurrency several months ago. Value bitcoin now is really a blessing for me. Because, doesn't have to wait several years just to make it grow more than 100%.

Really good for you, well this is risky to put all your money here on bitcoin, better to diversify it so you can make more money for your brighter future. Invest what you can afford to loose.
Well, you're so lucky to have started your invested as early coz now you have earned already the value that is huge enough to your capital. But as we all know also, putting all your savings in investment's in cryptocurrency was very risky but I congratulate congratulate  you for making it successful. Because despite of may factors bitcoin has you've learned and been expert to make your investments grow.
I missed out, wanted to invest but things didn’t work out as I planned so had to wait for now, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have any money in my blockchain wallet, just want to add a little bit to the ones I have already. I’m believing that on the November 16th will be a very good opportunity for me it will really turn out to be what I’m expecting it to be- a fall, which will create an opportunity for buy-in. Though I’m a little bit confused cause price seems to be getting increase everyday.

The altcoins You have chosen to invest are the best in the market as of now.  You have already divided and planned your savings perfectly nto the listed altcoins. You will certain save a lot with more profit.

I am not in favor of investing all the savings in bitcoin because if the price becomes too low it means that you will lose a lot of your investment and it is not good.

You must keep some money in your bank account because if the hard times start due to lose in bitcoin investment you will survive easily while having money in your local bank account. Otherwise you will be intense if you invest all the savings you have.
I am really not in favor too but everyone knows the level of risk they can take and apparently not all of us can.
We might say it is risky and then it ends up paying him and being worth it at the end and we might say it is not and then shit ended up happening.

I feel the decision is in everyone's hand once they have been able to understand what they are getting into.
After all, if I had take the bold risk to go all in as far back as 2010, I would have been worth a lot, and I would still not have bothered later on if anything had happen cause life obviously continues.

Its not a good idea! Better to think wise before investing all savings.
For me that would be a great idea to invest all your savings look at the price now if someone buy btc on $3000 they probably doubled their profit now. There is a risk but worth to take the risk
I just thought invested all the savings is a dangerous gamble, we may face a lot of risks, even bankruptcy, our hearts can not withstand the pressure when we look at the price of bitcoin, we will be very nervous and sometimes heart attack if we invest all the savings. Never put all the money in one place, this is the rule in investment, we should not have blind faith and always thought to be profitable, that will kill us, I believe that if the price of Bitcoin not more than $ 7,000 as now, you would not dare say investing all the savings is a great idea, easier said than done, boy

Just look at available options sir regarding how the cryptocurrencies goes, it is good to invest when the price is at low and when it soars high, it will be profitable, check how the trading goes, nowadays there are a lot of people invests in cryptocurrencies and made great profits. I am planning also in investing to cryptocurrencies sooner.
I have already been advised repeatedly to invest all my savings in the crypto currency, but only with one condition that all money be allocated at least in two parts. One part should still be given to the real business, and the other to the crypto currency. Thus there will be an alternative for earning.
Whosoever have given his advice you must be very thankful to you for such an amazing gem having in your all around. You must divide your savings and allot one portion to one specific thing. By doing this, you can make maximum out of your investments and things will be gene for you. Bitcoins have same concept to be implemented. Right now, divide and invest for better life.

The raito of your amount is good but i offer you make some daily trade big a small amount of your budget. Perhaps %5-10. Follow some altcoins and buy from dip. Don't forget to use stoploss and take profit.
Day trade is not what someone can delve into without some knowledge and it all depends on the OP time as well. Sure, day trade can be very effective in making some cool bucks and adding to what you have, but it all still balls down to the aspect of knowing what to do.

It is not all about buying at dips and then selling at peaks, there are just some dips you think are dips which they end up not being and then if you are not good enough to make decisions, so many people fumble it up which is why the OP should thread carefully before considering any day trading option.
If you are still newbie on trading industry then better not to rush up on day trading because this is one of the most hardest way of trading and more riskier than on long term traders.I can say that there were only a small percentage of day traders yet this kind of trading way is really hard to achieve and same as you said it would really require sufficient time because most of the time you would really check price from time to time and actively. We should really expect the unexpected.

If you will invest all your savings then you are in danger because you will not have any back up money for any emergency situation that may happen in the future and it is best for you to not do it and sell some of your bitcoin and keep them in a safe place like in banks as a back up money.

Before investing your all savings you should consider all possible factors might happen, whether its negative or positive you should even sight all the source  of information regarding to a currency that you are going to invest, and more important to consider is the security of your money and to avoid being scammed, in all I'll will definitely say that investing your all your savings is a dangerous decision, because you will never know the outcome of the your investment.

I would suggest more bitcoins and more diversification. Something like:

70% Bitcoin
10% Ethereum
5% Ripple
5% Litecoin
5% Dash
5% Ethereum Classic

And definitely do not go all in!

Put more better on the ethereum, now bitcoin hangs in the balance can collapse, about litecoin I will not say anything as to predict its behavior is very difficult, as far as the rise will take place. But all these investments are risky, it's better not to invest in something worthwhile.

Yeah.. that sounds like a great idea.... put moar money on Ethereum and begin praying.

Investing all your savings in crypto currency is bad idea as you can loose your savings if crypto market collapse. It is very unlikely but you have to consider all the risks of it. It's better if you invest part of your savings in crypto market than all your savings if it works out well then invest more but remember not to chase profit and you should cashout part of your investment when you earn decent profit and keep other part in crypto.

I think you should put all your money in Bitcoin. Altcoins have fall down for few weeks. I don't think they will recover soon.
