I think that it has always been profitable and investing in ICO will still be as there will be a crypt. I think that this is quite promising, although not very stable.

This moment is incomprehensible now. There are many ICOs where you can lose your money. But there are those where you will really earn good money and take part in a classy and promising project. Pay attention to TokenGo- block-platform of business tokenization, using an equitable remuneration system. ICO will end in 35 days. Time to join. More information: https://tokengoplatform.com/

I think yes, it's very difficult to find a project that will really become profitable and bring you a good income, you need to be a lucky one))).

I would say that I am a risky person therefore in the crypt I am striving to find a reliable and stable way of earning money and for me it is a bounty campaigns…
I think yes because even there's a lot of ICO show up, there some of them are still worth it to invest. Just keep investing even you can get or not profits, because we cannot avoid to invest sometimes in scam ICO. The only thing we can do is accept whatever happens, because doing investing it means you have to take the risk of it, also don't lose hope keep using crypto of investing is not for you then try another way to earn than investing.

I think that the investment in ICO is too risky, it is better to buy coins on the market and to profit from the difference in sales...

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.
I was asking myself what to do when cryptocurrency goes down and found out that the most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

They are on exchanges right now, you can check their website: https://ethermeta.com/
Or even better go through their Bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/future-of-privacy-ethereum-meta-foundation-of-anonymous-e-marketplace-2659058

I treat investment in ICO very carefully and before participating in the project it is important to study it well and make sure that it is not a scam.

ico's nowadays is not a long term investments. they scalp money from investors and they left behind. the team and developer runaway in just months when first entering exchange. so much better to know it carefully, transparency team identities and know it's connections with other successful projects.

I agree that 75% of ICO is scam, but there are promising projects worthy of attention.
There are some that are legit and most are only scams. That's why there are investors that are skeptic with the other projects because they became victims of those scams. And for those that are still thinking on what are some of these ICO's that are worthy of attention. I would like to suggest VLB, it has a very responsive set of support and as well as they are active in promoting their ICO. And the last news I've got is that one of their staff attended a conference on Japan.

employees of VLB or SONDER ??
I don't know what sonder is but it's obvious that I'm talking about VLB. And that conference I'm saying was organized by Blockchain EXE in Tokyo and the staff that was sent there is no other than the co-founder itself.

No matter what you doing you need be smart and think global!
Investors should definitely think smartly if it is about their money investing.

ICO will remain a promotional medium. indeed today many ICO's are scam. But not all projects. investors really are investors who are ready about the profit and loss. Everything has been taken into account. even the losses to be borne have been prepared. so it does not affect their finances.

There are promising ICOs and there are unsuccessful and fraudulent ones. If you are able to invest on the real ones then chances are high that you will get profit. So the answer in this question is not really simply a yes or a no because it is based on case to case scenario.

I think yes like any other investment but there is a lot of specific features. No matter what you doing you need be smart and think global!
Don't invest in any ICO if you feel that the price is way too pricey. If the coin is not going to make you any money and it is not useful then don't invest in it.

I am a person that gains profit from investing in ICOs but now I'm having second thoughts. I know some ICOs are potential scam so I am really picky to where I put my money.
Anyway, considering with what happened to Ethereum price and with the nearing Aigist 1, do you guys think that it will still be profitable to invest on ICOs mostly on ERC20 tokens and those accepting btc payments?
I believe that it's profitable to invest to some ERC20 token because some of them have a potential coin or project. Just research first before we invest so we know that we get back what we invest. It's up you because we have different choices and thought the important is always do research before you invest in one project .

Investing in ICO is still very profitable and promising especially when you have chosen a project that has the potential to meet expectations and satisfy his potential customers with a product that is actually being required in market and if the development team behind this project enough experienced then you should full trust it and go ahead to invest because your choice is excellent to choose unique project. In this you can get profit in long term.

yes they do profitable if a project is scam or something like that. I am not highly support ICO but I have to say that people always earn good money with ICO. Anyhow, I just want to say that you need to determine which ICO is good and which is made to steal people money so that you will not fall into their trap
Actually, I also think that investing in ICO is promising only if you choose the correct cryptocurrency.
