I believe that once all the governments will undestand how wrong were they and how their descisions had slowed the development of human race. But it is not the nearest future.
When we believe in the crypto market, investment will come in a positive and meaningful way and good campaigns and coins will exist. I always believe in Bitcoin and the market will have good results in the late this year.
I think Bitcoin will just stay as a speculative digital gold and those other altcoins will take the job for the mass adoption for normal people's daily transactions. I agree with you, it's a great idea, except ourselves nobody will give bitcoin life. I also want to add that we saw the beginning of growth, just don't sell your coins, demand begins to exceed supply and the course itself will start to grow, we can increase the rate if we do it together.

And most likely, those who hold coins from the beginning of this year and who invested this year lost more. Perhaps you are right, I had to pay for the service several times with cryptocurrency and I was always asked to make a payment by Ethereum and not monero, litecoin or other coin which predict the future of the means of payment. But at the time of payment I really didn't want to part with my Ethereum because I consider it an investment asset and I have no desire to use it as instrument of payment. Cryptocurrency is not subject to inflation and is always growing in price so I want to keep it and not to spend and I think that this will cause some problems when using it as money.

In my opinion, the first thing to do is support from the government for the use of cryptocurrency as a legitimate means of payment because real adoption without government support will not succeed, the government must legalize crypto and make it a legitimate payment instrument so that many shops/shopping places accept crypto as payment instruments, with the increasing use of crypto, it will extend the life of crypto. Easy to say but would really be hard to spread such adoption.
