Hi Richard, can you post a link to the top 100 companies, i would really like to see what they place ahead of IOC.

So in I/ODigitals category,
Bitnation (very good idea as i said previously)  2nd in voting
Coinify 3rd in voting
Husfy 4th in voting
Quantoz 12th in voting

and a few others. The main point being, all the companies in the top 100, have tried, tested and working developments.
If IOC had DIONS working it would have been a different story, no company can make it into the top 100 without a tried and tested product.
made it...  Even Augur did not make the top 100!  So really tough competition, i am sure next year IOC will be there and taking home an award!!



I am sure the Benzinga Awards will have IOC at the Finals Table.

Keep up the fantastic work the team is doing, next year you will all take a prize!

Works staking with the new android wallet?

When you implementate it to the wallet, it would be great.
Im staking at the moment 24h with my pc, but the electricity costs are very high in germany.
Another one is the environment protection (its a major theme in our world).
A smartphone needs very low power for staking and when you can help to protect the environment, it can be good publicity.

The new Android wallet is 98% ready. Only to be released with DIONS coming out because it needs to communicate with the new API.
This wallet is redesigned / redone for better interfacing and security.

The old one is currently offline for maintenance due to the DIONS release coming.

Hey all,

The FinTech top 100 has been released.

We finished first in our Blockchain category with the public votes. The weight of this first place was just 25%
A panel of judges decided for the rest of the 75% weight and both weights together resulted in a longlist top 100.
Unfortunately we did not finish in the last 100.

There were over 250 company applicants that could be longlisted in the last 100.

On the other hand we finished first in the "Blockchain" category and thats pretty good.
If we look at all the other "established" names they could not get more public votes then we did.

This Fintech 100 was a longshot and we succeeded half with this one voting wise.
We had some nice international exposure and you never know what that will bring us.
We have been contacted by international companies to use our chain for their service because of all this exposure.
Thats what we aim for ultimately. If you look at it that way we succeeded pretty well.

We are still running for a public vote prize in the Europe Fintech top 100  (and we are still no1 in our category) so we can still win something.
Next to that we are also one of the finalists of the Benzinga awards in NY. Lets keep our fingers crossed if these judges value our technology to what its worth.

We congratulate all other participants with their top 100 nomination and wish them well in the finals.

Our roadmap is clear, our focus is sharp, our business contacts are lined up, investors show much interest and the technology almost ready to deliver. We are ready to seed Blockchain technology worldwide and we are thankful that you guys are part of the I/O Digital community.

IOC will be able to do this also when  developments are released, enable a two way peg to bitcoin for smart contracts and such.


Plus more advanced, blockchain developments, looking around crypto, not many are doing this, if any, IOC is leading the way. 250k satoshi si well within the sights for IOC as a nice solid floor once DIONS is released, i expect 100k to be seen by end of MAy, on the back of being finalists (and possibly WINNERS) of 2 HUGE Fintech Awards!

hey sam. well  in 2014-2013 I was doing drupal so I could pretty much get around to setting things up in linux backend related...  file permissions enabling sites etc etc

i can do stuff in linux if you tell me what and how. I'm reasonably familiar with it (I was over that deadly drupal learning curve when I stopped because of other university studies), but yeah I have a background in linux and could tinker around.
My wallet is synced now. I also ahve a GPU but its not in my computer, if it could be of any use. I just don't have time for playing games and I removed it a while back to keep it safe for later when I have time to fool around with games
by the way, how does coin age benefit a holder?

Im not typical holding trader, im shorter trading, i take profit 50-60 in 1month
anyway how much the interest per year of stake IOC..?
