Beautiful project! Your team definitely expects success! Do you plan to conduct a bounty campaign?
Thank you! With Respect Denis!

Thank you for your kind words, really glad that you are interested in helping via bounties. However, for now the team does not have any plans thus far for bounties but will keep that idea in mind.

Nonetheless, the IOC team have considered creating an online development forum whereby ideas can be pitched, tasks can be opened and funding can be raised from the community to give the contributors an incentive to work on the task with set milestones and payouts. All of this can be delivered in a fully transparent way via a website. Will get a post out soon about that, along with several focus on getting listing on exchanges.

this is the best coin to have in quarter 4. Clock is ticking though.

Literally, it is lol. Glad to have you here Brendon! Smiley

What do you mean by "clock is ticking"?

Can someone please clarify: what happens with the Bittrex IO coins during the shift/fork to DIONS? Are they going to be secure, or what is the suggested approach for handling his coins during the fork?

Thank you

I'm guessing he means the DIONS countdown clock from https://www.iocoin.io/

From what I understand they have already prepared Bittrex for the upgrade and will work with them to make sure everything goes smoothly. Coins should be safe to keep in Bittrex.

If you have your funds in Bittrex, as far as the fork to DIONS is concerned, the team will be working with Bittrex to ensure the safe move to the new chain. However, its always a good idea to leave your funds in your own wallet. If you need help with that, reach out to the team members on slack, discord or telegram Smiley

AND? not sure what your point is. Derek Hatton is Derek Hatton. what u want. If you dont like it move along

Derek is not hiding, nor is he a pre-mined fud type dev. He is here to stay and have been staying along with richard and joel. IOC isnt here to just scam, literally our product is working unlike most out there that is shilling with ico funds and having a great mcap bigger than ours. With the call for more info on derek, think ioc team addressed it before that Derek is focusing on development so not frequently around. Plus, think a developer works best when there's not much fud going around that he has to address.

Is there some numbers anywhere for the rewards? Is it pointless if you dont have masternode?

masternodes schmasternodes.....this project doenst use them or need them. probably the highest percentage staking coin since 2014.
eash wallet is its own node....and will earn approximately 1.1% interest per year on balance in wallet. (that is based on apprx 50% of coins staking....which is historically where its been).  until DIONS releases under current algo rewards would be like... 100 will earn about 1 ioc per year....1,000 probably 11 per year
the real value is not in staking reward alone but in appreciation value in token that comes from have such a strong pos staking network. (see growth in tokens value over time)
and with release of DIONS, staking rewards should increase exponentially as fees for such things like DION registration, document storage and encrypted decentralized chat all carry fees that go back to stakers

Sometimes when I find other PoS coins with high %.. mann do the guys buying these things understand economics.. well then again some were bought at 1 satoshi... not much downside there lol. But indeed, the value of a coin is not mainly on rewards, other tech focus should attract value as well.

Some serious grasping at straws trying to FUD here lol.

If these are the details that bother you I bet you have a really hard time finding projects to invest in lmao.

Wanna know if a home builder is good or bad? Look at and inspect the home they built.

Wanna know if a janitor is good or bad? Look at how clean the floors and toilets are.

Wanna know if a developer is good or bad? Look at and inspect the code they write.

The proof is in the pudding and this pudding looks fucking delicious.

IOC is definitely not one to miss Wink

rewards for what? I'm not sure where you're leading that into.. masternodes? not everything in crypto should be made a masternode. Its just centralizing the pool of coins and making it easier for physical takeover. But i digress, if there is a reward thing please explain. Thx~

Hey guys, first off, loving the project!

Second off, i got a couple of questions:

Can i stake the coin right now? Or do i need a certain number or something? Right now they are just sitting on an exchange.

And is IOC a new seperate blockchain?

Thanks a lot.

Welcome ! you can stake right now using ioc current html5 wallet or qt wallet. ioc blockchain was developed since 2014. No new chain, but we will be forking to the dions chain once everything is ready (check iocoin.io for the blockcall).

Ask away Wink

Lots of high flying claims, no answer to the ONE question that was asked. DEREK HATTON, your lead developer, who is he? Who are the rest of the dev team? Don't say joel and richard, as they are not the actual devs but just frontmen. Your own website does not list them as devs. Your own website says Derek Hatton is lead dev, and the rest of the dev team is just made up names (assuming derek hatton isnt made up himself).

Then move on.

So you flat out refuse to give us details of the dev team? I wonder why that might be. Doesn't seem very trustworthy to say the least

Hi, no we don't give personal details about our lead developer. You ask who Derek Hatton is.. Well, hes name is Derek Hatton. You are welcome!
Thats the answer we give you.

If you are such a "trust sensitive guy" then check out the source code. In many - if not most - open source projects nobody knows the contributing developers. No need to. People who really know what they are talking about will check the source code because it is publicly available. So you are welcome to check that. We also hire other developers through different freelance channels. You hold some BTC as well i think. You know all these developers? If you still don't like it: move along.

Thank you
Richard
