i will donate. how much on the other hand will depend on how good you can convince me of the foundations doings.
i have the bitcoin foundation still in my mind, they used millions for fancy imacs and that was basically it.

edit: also there should be a way to donate using BTC. i am sure there would be much greater willingness to donate in BTC instead as IOTA.

Do you understand that by not donating 5% at least. You are taking the Iotas you have left and making them somewhere between worth 1000% less to 0 in value.

nope, afaik you are not obliged to donate. that would be indeed a breach of contract.
