I have received a tracking number from Ryan G for my NanoFury.  You can follow it here if you wish, all the way to me in Auckland, New Zealand Smiley

In addition, I asked him about the missing dividends from a couple of weeks ago and this was his reply:
Quote
I know I will be making up for these missed dividends soon, sorry about it taking awhile.  I am having to spend a large amount of my personal savings to get this up and going because the last developer did not refund any of the payments I made to him!

I will believe it when I see it.  Regardless of if I have stocks when that happens he would still have to legally pay me for the time I did have stocks and wasnt paid dividends.

lol, one excuse after another.

Well hello there!
Gotta say.  The whole 'programmer wishes to remain anonymous' deal doesn't exactly inspire confidence if true.  Either:
a.) Wishes to remain anon. so when the back-door hammer drops he/she leaves no trace.
b.) Doesn't want to have any real recognizable affiliation with CoinPal.

Both bad scenario's imho.

My conclusion on this like I said long ago was simply he never intended to fully steal from us, he took our money bought mining gear that he would then profit from and would slowly pay us all back. While he maybe never fully stole from us his intentions were to make money off of us unfairly. The exchange was the cover up because nobody invests in some random over the internet to buy mining gear.

If so where are our huge dividend payments? He told us that his gear was at least 5x more powerful in an update. I was getting nearly 2btc a payment with 70'000 shares before the new gear came about, now my payments are about 1BTC with 38'000 shares. Where is the rest of the mining money going? His pocket. I should have been getting 5x as much payment via dividend, you all should of.

I suspect he was the one who bought my shares when i fucked up and put an extra decimal place causing my loss of about 50K. I still sold 20'000 shares at base price though, plus my dividend payments I never lost my full investment. I will come out of this in profit no matter what I've got to do, just as a matter of principal.

If there was an exchange you would have seen proof by now other than the logos I had made.  Roll Eyes Please don't be naive. The update... 'the developer wants to be anonymous..' No they don't, you don't have one and you are buying time to pay people back (and you probably will pay people back) and then continue to profit with their money.

Oldest trick in the BTC scammer book. My attorney is in the middle of getting a court to look in to his finances in the sense that if he took any of the investment money from coinpal and used on mining gear it will be seized. Yes, Ryan Gay expect to be legally issued a subpoena to show the court your personal/business finances in the next 10-14 days.  Hopefully, he used my money directly. I would then either have someone mine you all your money back or sell it all and divide fairly as I don't have the time to mine and shipping over to the UK would cost a fortune.

He isn't getting away with this. Maybe if he emailed me and offered me 20K to stop I'd consider it, but if he isn't buying me out it's just going to make life difficult for him.

I want to believe, that there is some development going on behind the curtains and he want to let the facts speak for themself, but I´m not quite sure if that´s really the case...

To be honest, if this was a scam, there's absolutely no point in keeping up the facade now.  He has 99% of all the money he's going to get, so giving us updates and dividends is counter-intuitive.  If he was a scammer we'd never hear from him again and he'd be gone in the wind.

People may argue that he can't disappear because we tracked him down and have his personal details, but honestly, if you are a scammer, you would make damn sure that you never use any real ID / names for anything to do with the scam.  It's just basic logic.

Have you ever watched the shows, "World's Dumbest Criminals?" Enough said.

The problem for Ryan "The Dummy" Gay is that he lives in the US, so tracking himself was easy. Compare this to other scammers who were typically in some random country abroad, thus difficult to track down.

Mbn for coinpal that ryan m. left the building so you can do whatever you want. No announcement, nothing, what a shame.

Good thing is, im still here to make this thread a hell

I wont sell less, people should reconsider also not to sell less in OPTIONS. Why would you sell less when there is not an launch yet. Even if you think its a scam you have "RIGHTS". Its like agreeing to get robbed. Why would you agree with that??

WHEN WILL COINPAL LIFTED THE FUCKING IPO FLAG?Huh

I'm still here, I'm just taking action now rather than sitting bitching on a thread.

Ryan Tyson Gay will never run another business in his life I assure you that.

Its a pity what happened to RM, loosing 50K shares to typing error. Wish you the best in your new exchange venture. You may have a lot of interested  investors in the forum. At 18 , you still have a lot of life in you to soar , like the eagle. The sky is the limit. You will make back the coins in a jiffy.

I'm a little concerned by the fact this gained investment.

Their "logo" somehow manages to incorporate both awful design principals, and trademarks not registered by themselves.

They valued themselves higher than we are valuing our exchange (which has UK banking, and around 6 fiat currencies through other banks).

This entire situation is really a bit of a joke.

Oh, and they lack the level of transparency you would hope for.

I'll make at least 3x that with the opportunities I  lined up for Coin-pal using it on one of my own ventures anyway

So I take it that means that Ryan G didn't take you up on your offer of the marketing opportunities?

No, which in my eyes means there never will be a  Coinpal. There are two massive conferences that I got us platinum seating at. Basically, the all eyes on us, look at this big cool ass banner.

Then we were going to host live trades for the guys (big time traders) there would be thousands of coins in volume in loads of the coins in minutes and as for the other affiliates lets call them, they would have had Coinpal in the top 5 alt coin exchanges easily.

So, I think I'll launch my own. I've been approached by a few investors and have development guys on hand. I just want to know if I'm going to get my 25k I invested back (I don't need it, much much more money is there if I want it from several offers) or is Ryan going to be laughing at me thinking he bought me out cheap. For a total of like 80'000 shares I'll get about 35-40BTC including dividend so I technically lost out on 45K because of the extra number but I'll be laughing when I actually present a exchange to the world backed by some serious professionals.

Well that was nice, purchased some cheap options and a dividend came in too Smiley

... about 50K worth for 5k perchance? Cheesy

I wish Smiley but did get someone .0004's at .00001 cost, and someone .0005's at .01 cost.

I got a couple hundred at 0.0005 with .01 as well before the dividend. Plenty of fun here too!

Ya, was my first time buying options at the exchange. I was a little confused with the process though it seems simple enough.

However, I guess to share with those who may also be confused. ( I can't be 100%, but fairly confident )

as a buyer:

The "cost" is a one time fee to reserve the right to exercise that option. My assumption is the seller gets that upfront and gets to keep it. So, as a buyer divide that amount against the # of shares being purchased.
So, if someone has .01 cost for 500 shares, divide .01/500 to get the additional cost per share.

Then under "My bought options", you'll be able to start purchasing the shares at your leisure up until the expiration date.
So, if share was priced @ .0005, you just need to spend that 500*.0005 to collect them all, at a total of .00052 (including the original cost).

I guess you should watch out for that "cost" part. I can see people putting up 500 shares @ .5 cost for .0003 which would mean .0013 or so per share.
