If the price can go back to $19k this year. maybe this year will be the most critical year. because in 1 year the price can drop very deep to more than 60% and if the price can recover again. of course it will carve a new history where the price can recover more than 60% in 1 year

I think your analysis is very correct nowadays there are so many people who know bitcoin and a lot of media around the world are talking about bitcoin and some other cryptocurrency so making bitcoin can be more expensive.
i like the way that bitcoin's price is stable at the moment and not suddenly go up or down, but i don't think that's gonna last long. But one thing for sure is bitcoin will be at least 10.000$ in December 2018.

In my own opinion, bitcoins is in a good pace as of today and the price is already at $7k dollars so we can expect a higher price even more in the future.

To me ongoing year is an year that made each and every user understand about the risks associated with cryptocurrencies as well the true reality of the market. I am totally sure that most critical year for Bitcoin was 2009. If in those years USA government would want to take it down could easily do it. Next most critical year was 2010, from the same reason and next most critical was 2011.
