I think now it is not worth investing in altcoyins because the price for BTC and ETH is very low and you will get more profit if you invest in BTC or ETH.
Nowadays, Altcoins are too riscky to invest. We should invest to top 10 of coins like Ethereum, Bitcoin, Eos or XRP. your portfolio should be %30 Bitcoin, %20 Ethereum, %15 Cash money and the rest of money that you want to buy altcoins.

I think yes, it's risky. A safer option is to invest in ETH now, while the price is still low.
This year is the hardest of all to invest in ICO of altcoins since the market is so bearish. It is a complete reverse happen lasst year wherein ICO's before is fewer and much more reputable. Nowadays every single day there is always a new coin or token develop and the risk is high.

Now the price of all coins is very low. And I think the risk is very small now. I advise you to try to invest now in EOS or TRX.

Investing in altcoins are risky before, that's why you need to invest what you can afford to loose, although altcoin are risky but we still making cool money from it, I will advise you to kindly do research because even in bearish season guys are still cashing out decently I think - yes, now it is very risky to invest.
