risk is not about timing. the risk of crypto market is always high. because this market is open to manipulations so much plus volatility is so damn high. but ofcourse profits are also so high because of this huge volatility. you can make a huge profit with a small amount of investment.
In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

Altcoins are always risky but are low risk at current sale prices that are over 80-95% off the highs for most alts. Buying some quality names now and selling after these run up big should be good.
I don't think that here is a bigger risk than earlier so I continue to invest and watching for the market condition)

You're right cause promising altcoin are indeed less risky and now that the market is dump in price are the better chance for new maximum profit but only few of cryptonier know how to choose the promising coins cause most people usually follow the crowd.
