I don't think it's risky, go for it, it can only gets better and not worse, the price is very low and you could make profit.

Nope. now market price are very low right. You can invest now. Actually that is good idea. May be they might purchase at higher price. But if they hodl their coin for sure they might overcome the loss. I thing new ICO are ricky. there are many scam ico cheating peoples.

So the good altcoins like ETH, Ripple, and few other coins are expected to go up again after some amount of time. You dont need to panic about them because their prices are known by volatility.
