I think that most of the decline was an ideal opportunity to buy, and buyers from falling already received a good profit, and they will receive tremendous profits if they will hold up to the peak.
Now is a good time to buy altcoyins. In general, the crypto currency market is one continuous risk. But now the market has dipped so much that you can buy altcoyins and wait for growth. There should not be any serious drawdowns.
I think not, in fact now is the right time to invest in altcoin because the price is down and I believe next year altcoin prices start to increase and stabilize again.
My view is there is no risk to invest in alt coins now because market is at their low levels and this is right time to invest in coins I think market will soon recover and you will get excellent profit in near future.

I do no think you should cry because the price of altcoin you hold is down as you are not the only person affected. I don't think so. If you can do some researches about some good projects then I think this is the best time to invest on some altcoins.
Since the market is very low , all altcoin prices are very less , so this is good time to invest. Price is not going to drop much more than this. So , one can invest without too much risk.
