Personally I only trust the top 1-20 coins in the coinmarketcap. But I believe there are still promising new altcoins we can try. I dont want to name drop, but make a research before making any investment.

How you believe the all altcoins are dangerous for investment, If you fear in altcoin you pick USDT because it will never die in crypto platform. The current market is really good to invest for altcoins But we must analyse the each altcoin and choose the perfect ratio of investment is good way to survive the altcoin.
The future demand will always varied depends on the market holding and trade the investment.

To minimize risk, if you want to invest in the long term choose Altcoins from the top 100 Coinmarketcap. Currently, new altcoin projects can only be used for short-term investments. Because it's too risky with scam.

investing in altcoin certainly has risks, so we have to really choose the right altcoin to buy, so that we don't lose our money and my advice is that we better invest in altcoin that are in the top 100 coinmarketcap, because project from altcoin that are in the top 100 coinmarketcap already have products and progress, besides that altcoin that are in the top 100 coinmarketcap also have a high trading volume and this proves that many people believe to investing in these altcoin, so the chance of the project to fail or scam is very small.

I think altcoin safe for investing long term is eth, BCH, BNB and ripple, maybe you can hold with litecoin. Never try to hold new coin or DeFi coin for your investment because they not have royal how to make their coin keep higher price. Always try to make scam coin with selling all coin supply and make price down. You can take example with Sushi where is not good coin because have been scam after dev sold their supply coin. Maybe you have be careful when investing with altcoin because not all altcoin can be on higher price for long term and have responsibility when coin going down to make have higher price again with buy back.

I would suggest that if you are new to this then you make sure you do research well on the project if is visible and launch in for investment. if this thrives it will be a plus for you at the end of the day. As we have a scam we have good and realistic projects.

Actually in my opinion altcoin is not safe for investment. most likely altcoins could not grow like bitcoin did and are only good for short term hold or for a trading purposes because of its high volatile in market price. Usually altcoins can move faster but could be dump also faster and that is the risk of investing coin. So be wary to chose what good altcoins there may be in the market.

I had also my choices of good altcoins in the market like eth, xrp and bch.
