For all of your die-hard Altcoin traders out there, share some input on your experiences or strategies you may have implemented/utilized to find success. I myself have had my fair share of dumb luck (knock on wood) but i'm interested to hear what some of you legends have to say.
If trading altcoin not profitable, there will be no bittrex, liqui and other exchangers. All the exchangers market new tokens and altcoins. The traders of course make a lot of profit by the rising price of altcoins. Sometimes the profit can be 300 %, depend on how good the traders.
300% is real and even 1000% is reachable and possible here on this altcoin trading world. And as you said if altcoin trading is not profitable then there would be no exchanges and there would be no popping out ICO everynow and then in the market.

It doesnt have to be all dumb luck. Invest in what has promise. Research the devs behind the coin and the project itself. Some examples that will only grow are Ardor which will be a great rival to Ethereum. Plus it starts up in a little bit is will definitely rise from then. Another is Deeponion. With the huge community and great airdrop opportunities you can help but gain. I love alts and that is where I invest. I rather invest smaller and do community activities to grow instead of sinking a lot of money into the big coins to only gain a little bit.

You can certanily make money trading altcoins back and forth.

We know certain news about bitcoin having an update or ETH having an update. YOu can use that news as a basis for figuring it will go up in price within the next few weeks or a month. Which means your BTC will be able to buy you more alt coins and or tethers and or Fiat(USD or EUR or wahtever).

So since we know that, we should be buying in to some right now. Altcoins can go up higher in price that btc % wise because some altcoins get pumped due to how little volume they have. Some coins can go up by 10z in a week due to pumps. The best strat is to buy a bunch of alt coins and focus on the ones that have low volume and or are going to do well/get updates that make people want to use them.

Indeed trading is truly profitable when you are knowledgeable about charts, and make some analyzation when you enter the market. Follow someone in social media, and forums is a plus this could also lead you to success.

Yes, altcoin trading can be actually profitable provided the trader is either an fundamental and technical analysis expert. Or if the trader has been extremely lucky and bough a few alts when they were cheap or in consolidation stage and have been patient through the rough weather. In my case, I tend to pick alts that are cheap and dont sell on shake outs.

Well you can invest a little amount of money and hope that you can make profit. I heard that it will take time in order to make profit of altcoins. They will pump up the price and then you need to sell them. Thats how trading works i heard once that a guy had made 3 million dollars just with investing in altcoins. So its truly profitable.

altcoin trading is different from altcoin investment, with investment you have less risk and you can hope that your coin will go very high and do a good return, with trading there is a higher risk because you play against the market on a daily basis

I think that trade altcoins is quite a profitable, but it is very risky. if you do not know how to trade, you better not to contact them.

Yes for trading you need to have skills and patience. I know a friend he made a lot of money with investing in altcoins etc. So trading in altcoins is truly profitable if you know how it works.

If you haven't did trading before you need to contact one of your friends or your collegas who did that before unless you want to lose your money go ahead xD.

Useful tools for criptomoedas investors.
Coin Metrics's English data and metrics website has made available a selection of features that can assist crypto-currency investors in their day-to-day lives. The sites and features disclosed range from quantitative tools to long-term research and academic documents. The list does not include everything that is available in the market, but, according to Coin Metrics, the most effective list. Coin Center: a nonprofit research center headquartered in Washington, United States. It seeks to educate politicians about crypto-coins and advocates fair and reasonable regulation. It also aims to educate digital coin users about the latest regulatory developments. Because of its impressive access to the US Congress, the Coin Center increases its usefulness, and its main intention is to propose to the government a safe structure for the users, and also to clarify that Bitcoin is not the only one to blame for rescue attacks .

At some point, yes, or most of the time. Gaining profit in altcoin trading depends on whether you know how to play he game and how you play the game. in trading, you must be able to know which coin to pick and when to sell or buy it. Decisions mist be made wisely and not due to impulse since trading ks a very risky game and it requires a lot of skill and analogy. moreover, trading in altcoins is the fastest way to gain profits this a lot of people are into it.

I'm not a legend on trading Altcoins but as far as i know, as long as you know how to play the game of selling and buying and selecting the good coin to trade, you gonna get some good profit from it but still it depends on the market and also the traders that affects the prices of that certain coin.
Exactly, getting a smart choice and a wise decision is the best strategic action you gonna do. Because trading is very risky and if you don't play it well, big possibilities that you gonna loss your money. But if you make it, then you gonna have a big profit.

Honestly speaking I have not made  any profits but just paid transaction fees to coinbase, and wallets. Yet to make any profit

People who have made profit are those folks who were in it 1 year ago as they can afford to buy bunch of coins for such a low price.

Now that the coin price have gone up , u need to invest more capital to have some activity and make some money. I am not sure how many experts will agree with my theory.

This is my facts based on 2 months of exp in crypto world.

It is obvious that it is, but the problem is how in general make trading profitable. In fact you can trade anything, and a lot of people try to trade.
Why we only see the successful traders, and why? Because nobody with the unsuccessful history wont show us their lose it is natural.
How to succeed in trading? A lot of training, constant looking for hot news, knowing all strategies and charts types and then you will maybe become a profesional(for-profit) trader.

Yes you can earn from it. As long as you bought your altcoin to its lowest price. Because when time comes that the price of it move up again, you can sell it and earn a big profit.
But if you buy your altcoin when the value of it is still high, and sell it. Surely you'll just earn a small amount and if ever you will loss.

Altcoin trading is profitable for those who have the skill on how to trade in cryptocurrency because trading is something that required skill and not for you  to just jump into because you want to make profit.
