For all of your die-hard Altcoin traders out there, share some input on your experiences or strategies you may have implemented/utilized to find success. I myself have had my fair share of dumb luck (knock on wood) but i'm interested to hear what some of you legends have to say.

Now only some flipping investors will be win in ICOs Cheesy since 90% startups are failing then you have to rethink strategy imo in investing. No NEO or ETH is safe in investing in ICO.
Trading on rising market is quite easy and was to easy. Now you have any skams that can give you -100% income. So you have to be away of BIG  RISK

If you play the market correctly, the altcoin prices fluctuate much more rapidly than the stock market.  Good timing and research can prove highly profitable.

Normally have up and down on trade market for any product. According to my opinions, it's seems to okay for trading. You can take profits from here, if you have proper knowledge about market and if you control your emotions.

Trading can be profitable for those who are patient, does not panic after any fall in price. Traders should follow all the news and events. Otherwise trading is a gamble.

Altcoin trading is the high risk game in this if you properly analysize and trade then you can earn very nicely. But the main point to be remembered is to never lover any coin and when ever you are in profit immediately book it. Dont think of it may go more high as when their is price pump then it is sure that it will also get dump. What ever value of project the coin holds it but it will surely get dumped also. so when ever you are in profit start to sell the coins and book profit.

It is absolutely profitable, the easiest way is to buy when there are rumors and to sell when there are promises. I still remember Lisk rumors which managed to bring the price down to $0.10, Lisk value now is $6.

We're at the start of the altcoin boom - there a lot of very overpriced alts right now based purely on speculation or pump and dump schemes. You don't wanna be left holding those bags once people flock towards better coins.

If you do your own research (and do it well) and pick the right choices, you'll find more sucess in trading imo.

Just read the white paper and road map and learn all you have to know about the coin you wish to investi in. If you think that everything is OK and that the project is promising then invest. If no, look for another projection. No one can predict wich coin will succeed so it is up to you to decide.
Trading is not that easy but when you become an expert then you will gain a lot of money.

any kind of trading is profitable you just need to know when to buy and when to sell. best advice I have ever got was: the markets reward the lazy trader. if something is good enough and you hold it long enough... you can make a profit.

The best way to make profit is to keep your self updated with current news and affairs going on within the crypto world. They are strongly related to market and the price. If someone well known or a famous site talks about a coins, we can see some significant rise of the price. Also spread your investment to few different coins. This was you are able to minimize your risks.

Follow to advice like adzino says. If you want to be successfull with trading you need to invest your time in it and read news, blogs, forums to be always up to date. Also try to learn as much as you can from experienced traders. It is always a good idea to spread your investment, never put all your eggs in one basket. Spread it over coins where you believe in
And you need to realise you can lose everything very easy in crypto.

Yes, in the beginning you have to expect to loos some money. With the time you will develop a feeling for it. But don't trade with money you need for life.

Expecting people to tell you their loses experience or how they make profit without you narrating your own fair share is suspicious. When it come to the issue trading altcoin two things are involved, is either you lose or you make profit, which all depends on your experience and the knowledge of your crypto currency that you have over time.
Even on your luck, but you are right, when you trade on this market, the knowledge and experience very important. For me, I will choose improve my experience than knowledge, because I like to practicing than learning.

Ofcourse they are profitable but only when the trend is so bullish. For example altcoins were extremely profitable 4 months ago. We are all waiting for a new good trend time again.
Perhaps this is the beauty of crypto currencies. This is how it makes the world go crazy behind the crypto currencies’ world. The good times have always come and gone. The time will come when the prices of crypto will rise and people will again earn what they wanted to.

yes. altcoin is very promising. but you also have to pay attention to many things to be able to get those benefits. I think altcoin has a higher risk than bitcoin because altcoin is very fragile and vulnerable. so if you are not ready to accept the risk, I advise you to avoid it and try it again once you are completely ready to trade altcoin.

It's definitely profitable if you do it right. Similar to normal trade at stock market you need really much information on the object you want to invest in. And here comes the hard part in altcoins. There are tons of altcoins with little information and here it begins to get risky. Research is the most important thing in trading.
