I do not think that bitcoin is losing its popularity, just now is not the best conditions for the market to grow and so many investors panic over the strong jumps in its rate

Bitcoin still has its relevance and not the dips reducing its relevance or popularity. I still met with a friend yesterday that is not that informed in Cryptocurrency but he still knows about bitcoins despite the market dippings. Mind you, bitcoin is still being used as an entry currency to purchase altcoins.

Yes bitcoin is loosing it's priority and the main reason behind this is the instability of bitcoins price and the progress of other cryptocurrencies .

Popularity of bitcoin is still growing. They might say it loses becsuse of some negative news about bitcoin but no matter they say about btc they cannot accept the fact that cryptocurrency is totally adapted by many and make this oppurtunity to earn money. Some cannot understand the reality that bitcoin is now part of the society who knows bitcoin.

There are several reasons why bitcoin loses its popularity. First of all, these are the accumulated shortcomings in regard to long-term transactions and high commission fees. Because of this, bitcoin partially became unusable as a means of payment and some investors lost interest in it and switched to altcoins. Another reason that bitcoin began to lose its popularity is that during December's sharp rise in price, bitcoin proved to be a financial bubble that grew in price only due to the growth of speculative demand for it. This showed that bitcoin can also start to be blown abruptly in price, just as it quickly grew in value.

I do not think bitcoin will end. Although at the present time the cost of bitcoin increases and falls erratically. But I think you should not be too scared. Because the price increases and decreases only little difference. The current price of bitcoin has always attracted many investors. In the future, the cost of bitcoin will increase many times over the current. So bitcoin will never end.

Imo, Btc is still the most popular cryptocurrency  in the market so far.  But since it's so expensive now  new investors tent to buy altcoin for investment instead of btc, that's why it looks like btc loses its popularity

Bitcoin will not lose its popularity easily although there are some issues that bitcoin is facing right now. And eventhough bitcoin nowadays are so low of its value, but many investors still want to invest it. Time will come a Bitcoin become a big asset to the whole world.

I think the popularity of Bitcoin is gradually increasing. Investors who understand cryptocurrencies know that Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and plays an important role in the development of cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin has the first mover advantage by being the first cryptocurrency. That advantage is never going to go away. But as more cryptocurrencies emerge, ones that are faster, cheaper, and provide real utility to users, its is not only possible, but very likely that some of these currencies could overtake Bitcoin in adoption, and a likely result of that could have higher market caps.

Bitcoin will remain a popular cryptocurrency, and I think will always have its place, but probably more as a "collector item".

Yes it is losing its popularity because of the arising different crypto currencies. We can also say that the value of bitcoin is affected of its popularity. Because of other crypto currencies that are arising the users of bitcoin are also splitting. Also there are a lot of programs that are now encouraging people to invest to other crypto currencies. People are definitely looking for their comfort zones and by the used of new develop programs in investing some people preferred much to use those rather than bitcoin. If bitcoin will not take an actions with this, in the near future not only bitcoins popularity will loss but also its users.

No, bitcoin is still the power of all altcoins. If you go around and ask about cryptocurrency or altcoins everybody will think at bitcoin... is very popular

That's  true,  as a matter of fact,  if you open your social media account lot of advertisement  about bitcoin is around,  this is means that bitcoin is very popular,  so I think you dont need to ask about the popularity  of bitcoin,  and also the price itself shows that bitcoin is in demand.

bitcoin is and will remain the most popular cryptocurrency for some years to come...ever wondered why everyone without a real project always wants to fork bitcoin? Well, if for price, maybe another coin will take over, but even that is rare. The question is how long will it take to trust such coin as the next bitcoin for it to attain its price and to overtake it.
