I think bitcoin will still be the main although very much new coin emerging, it is very difficult for other coin to replace bitcoin at this time, bitcoin is the safest investment in my opinion even if the price is unstable.
Right now there are more coins available in the market which gives you more profit than bitcoin.
Bitcoin price is also not stable.

Even new coins or tokens prices are not stable and not only bitcoin. And for your information all crypto currencies prices are not stable, they are very volatile and anytime they can crash. Bitcoin price is also not stable.

Bitcoin has gained its popularity for a long time and all of its hardships really paid of after all these years. Everybody was doubting its capability at the beginning but as years passes by, it showed its true color by making it to the top and dominating for a long time up until now. It would take a long while to bring bitcoin down and I think its popularity will continue to increase as new cryptocurrencies arise behind its fame.
I think the OP thinks that Bitcoin losses its popularity when the price falls down and it is not correct, Actually Bitcoin already gained a lot of popularity through the years and continues to grow its popularity until now. In my own opinion and point of view on what is happening the cause of the multiple market crash is the FUD that the media are spreading or some whales just want to sell their hodlings to profit.
Bitcoin is much more accessible - more exchanges, more sellers, more software and more supported hardware. Bitcoin is much more liquid at volumes significantly exceeding the volumes of any altcoyin. Bitcoin has the largest ecosystem of developers with a lot of software and implementations, in comparison with altcoins. Bitcoin has more entrepreneurs investing their intellect, desire and creativity in the development of the network.
In the process of its development Bitcoin can begin to grow in any, the most unexpected direction, depending on the appearance of new uses. Owners of Bitcoin can be sure that with time the scope of its application will only increase. The owners of the altcoins, on the other hand, are at great risk of refusing to use their coins.
I do not want to say that investments in altcoyin are useless. Each investor must himself assess the risk-profit ratio and decide whether or not a particular coin is suitable for him. It's clear that altcoyins will not protect you in the event of Bitcoin's collapse. Altcoins are subject to the same risks, and a large share of the potential profit goes to Bitcoin.

I dont think so , because bitcoin is bitcoin sir , because it is a digital and global money system currency. It allows people to send or receive money across the internet, even to someone they don't know or don't trust. bitcoin is still popular and the popularity is spread all over the countries. Because most of people choose btc in terms of investment and money can be exchanged without being linked to a real identity.

Even though that there are more coins in the market, the bitcoin is still popular and the popularity is spread all over the countries. Because most of people choose btc in terms of investment. The bitcoin popularity will not lose, because it has a good value compare to other coins.
Although it's right that there are many other coins that's profitable, and it may be that people choose to move their investment to those coins, but still there's nothing that beat bitcoin yet, and i'm pretty sure it'll be better soon, it's even beginning to now.
Sure it is loosing , Just look at the bitcoin price today , lossing , loosing and loosing.
No, it is just the strategies of whales and some bad news happened in other countries that is why the price is dropping. But I am sure that bitcoin will recover again soon. Maybe in march or in mid of this year. I heard that what is happening now with bitcoin is normal and it will recover soon.
I'm sure that bitcoin can not lose its popularity, because bitcoin is so popular around the world. Even bitcoin is a positive thing to get the easy way, especially in my country, bitcoin is very valuable for those who are very easy to use, both in terms of investment and the most secure transactions to earn income.
There is a lot of emotional value attached to bitcoin now, despite it not necessarily being the most efficient. Other coins may produce good ROI however bitcoin won't disappear, maybe less popular in the long term 
Well I think bitcoin is still popular and day by day its going more famous because the way it’s going to deliver its services to its users its unbelievable and in this year bitcoin will be reached to many countries which will give more power to bitcoin so I think there is a possibility that bitcoin can be global currency in future. 
It does not loses its popularity it just happened that this time a lot of people are enjoying their profit and had withdrawn some of their holdings and it is just a normal thing, we should be able to see this after a huge break that happened last year. Not meeting our high expectation does not mean it is dying it is just making a rest after a big break.
Defenitely not.I'am new to bitcoin and if it is losing it's popularity I would not know about it.I looked into it and found that a lot of people are into bitcoin and it has a continously growing following group me being one of them.
Bitcoin is the Base of all crypto currencies if Bitcoin go down all alts will go down and Bitcoin popularity is increasing every moment and new buyer,investor and traders are coming to join the crypto world.
