Criminals will use whatever is profitable to them. I guess in every country there are criminals who use the country's national currency. Since bitcoin is the new thing for the financial world they might use it too
now it's the age of the virtual world, yes indeed criminals have been using bitcoin in fiat money, and even more dangerous again the use of fiat money they are the ones who tie the coats and have high positions in the governments of various countries and in various top executive positions international companies. they are crooks tie.
I've read an article in which hitmans, trackers, and hackers are payed with Bitcoins, and is also used for illegal transactions especially underneath the surface web. But do keep in mind that this also happens in all types of currencies.

But here i want to convey my personal opinion in that matter. I think that internet and bitcoin interrelated. Many terrorists and criminals use internet .so also with bitcoin which used perpetrator However, despite all these issues, do people make concrete efforts to ban the internet? No. Not because removing and banning Bitcoin is difficult, but because the internet offers more positive than negative. For the same reason, we have to be more careful about our mindset for Bitcoin, because much evidence has shown that Bitcoin brings many positive, if not more, effects than the internet. Internet and Bitcoin are just devices that 'bad guys' and 'good people'. Fortunately, the world is filled with more people in the 'good people' category.
Where there is money, criminals are always existing and are always present. Bitcoin is actually a good and a cryptocurrency with potentials. It's just that bad people are using it for their own transactions. I've heard that it is also being used in illegal drugs transactions which is too ridiculous.
Every type of currency is used by criminals no matter what kind it is and bitcoin is not different, but that doesn't mean that bitcoins aids criminals, no aat all. If you believe so then all other currency also aids criminals as well so it's no argument

I don't hear any news yet that bitcoin already use by criminals maybe so we don't even know because we don't know what's the personalities of some people surrounds us

i have read and hear about bitcoin use for watching porn because there are lots of porn that is very rare and very illegal. they also use this bitcoin for buying drugs and weapons in some cases. and also read about bitcoin use to hire some people as hitman. this is the what my first impression to bitcoin.

i think theyre not just criminals... probably theyre also hackers/programers... stealing through internet is what we call hacking and by doing so means you are a kind of person that knows well about internet by bypassing some anti hacking system or anti spam or any devices that can stop intruder in internet...

bitcoin can be used by anyone including criminals. we can not trace one by one the bitcoin user because the bitcoin user is very much. and until now there is no screening tool that could determine whether the owner of the account any criminal or not.

Wherever we are, there must be some bad people. The title of this topic is always made government in every country as the reason why not accept bitcoin as a means of transactions for the community. Governments in every country doubted bitcoin because they thought bitcoins were prone to money laundering, funding for terrorism, and fraud. I do not seem to agree if bitcoin is said to be a tool to commit a crime because the benefits of using bitcoin have been felt by many users as their source of income.
