Not yet. My country has not accepted the existence of crypto. There are still many things to consider. Perhaps one of the reasons is that people are not all ready to receive Bitcoin yet. But I hope my country can quickly accept it.

Yes, in my country it is not forbidden to have a cryptocurrency, but we do not yet have a legal field for cryptocurrency. I hope our government will soon understand that it is necessary to legalize cryptocurrencies at the state level.
Why do you think the government doesn't understand that? Many countries deliberately do not create a regulatory framework for the use of cryptocurrency. The situation of legal uncertainty creates many opportunities for law enforcement arbitrariness and corruption.

Yes, it's all legal here in the UK. Exchanges have to register and traders have to pay capital gains tax.
Lol, mate you don't have to pay capital gains taxes unless you make quite a lot of money. The allowance is £11,750 this year so if you make any more than that you just have to pay 20% from that sum (might be more than 20% if you make way more). So if you make 12k this year, you just have to pay 20% from 12,000-11,750=£250. Thus it's only 40 quid in taxes.

KYC are done to prevent members of some countries from participating in ICO because it is illegal over there. Does your country permit you to participate in ICO?
In my country, this sphere is not yet very developed, although work on laws in this area has long been under way. Bitcoin does not yet have a clear definition in my country, so there are no prohibitive laws in ICO.

for my country is now in a neutral position, because right now there is no official statement from the state whether legal or illegal, now someone is free to choose crypto as one of the investment. so now my country does not face problems with crypto.

Actually in my country crypto is not used and legal. Actually the problem lies within us. In my country most of the investors are illiterate and do not have basic regarding the investment. So there is a chance of manipulation or scam in our country with the help of this. But it is legalized in most the educated countries.

The legality of crypto in my country is still subject to discussion. The national depository do not endorse any virtual currency but rather regulates them and consider as remittances from abroad. This regulations prevents material impact on anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT), protection of consumer and financial stability.

My country allows to follow ICO, because my country is legal against Crypto. It's just that my country forbids the use of crypto currency for payment instruments, because the price is very fluctuating.

Yes, here in our country cryptocurrency has freedom. Specially ICO which a very risky investment. The government and the central bank in our country already approve the circulation of money in and out of the cryptocurrency.

Yes, I am from the Philippines and there are no regulation laws when it comes to cryptocurrency. I also don't understand why other countries ban cryptocurrency when it's designed to be decentralized in the first place. But some are talking about that there is still a possibility that bitcoin can be regulated in all countries.

as far as I understand the policy of my country if in investments including the ICO is still allowed and laws do not regulate anything about it. But if a new transaction for the given restrictions. so for ICO I think are still allowed to invest even though the actual crypto is still not legal in my country.

To be honest, there are projects in which I can participate , but there are projects that I can not do. I do not understand why this is so. I'm Ukraine
In Ukraine, there are no restrictions at all regarding the use of crypto currency or participation in the ICO. In the Verkhovna Rada, the legislative body of Ukraine there are two fairly good draft laws on the crypto currency. One of them, filed by the relevant committee, provides for a complete legalization of the crypto currency and its exemption from payment of any taxes. I do not quite understand why you are complaining about some restrictions in Ukraine about the crypto currency. I myself am from Ukraine, here with respect to crypto currency is quite comfortable.
