Yes it's legal but I've seen plenty of countries being illegal. Usually countries with trade embargos are illegal. It tends to the be smae for each ICO but it really depends for example Elastos even accepted USA as investors  Shocked

I lived here in the Philippines and I can say that it is not legal but not illegal. There are some few banks and companies that are accepting bitcoin and ethereum as mode of payment but you need to convert them first to PHP. We Filipinos are lucky because crypto is not regulated here in our country. We can easily buy ethereum and btc using coins.ph. We can trade btc and eth to fiat instantly as long as they are in our coins.ph wallet.

ICO is not banned in my country, nor is it advocating for us to join. I think that ICO really needs supervision and rectification all over the world now!

So far, there have been no problems with the passage of KYC to participate in projects. Because in our country there is no clear regulation of the crypto currency, while everything is only at the stage of reflection.

KYC has nothing to do with your country of residence or origin. You will not be accepted for a campaign or to participate in ICO from the start because it is clearly stated. But KYC helps more in eradicating bots and scammers and multiple applications.

My government always positively poses for this. This is Ukraine, and how strange it is even planned to make a virtual monument to Satoshi Nakamoto ... On the pedestal, (as from the QR code). After that, there will be installation of a real monument. Cheesy

This is something I am hearing for the first time and it sounds too good to be true. I do not know how would Satoshi react to such a thing but it would make  the people associated with crypto proud for sure.

In case, he is alive (which has higher profitability), this may lead to legal issues also. Even though I would be happy to see a statue on his name if it is practically possible.

I have not yet met a project where I could not take part. In my country, there is no relation to cryptocurrency. Although the state is trying to introduce legal provisions on the crypto regulation. So far, everything is very unintended, but no one will prohibit crypto.

Same here mate, In my country government is trying to regulate the bitcoin trading for taxation problem but they have not achieved anything with the regulation mate. What government do let them apart from acceptance they will not be able to do that banning or regulations.

Kindly check the regulation notice of the government and use it. If you are making transaction with the local site means do not repeat that they will track you under taxation mate.
