I do believe that it is. On the previous years, etherium is proportional with bitcoin's growth in the market. The market value of etherium have grown so far from its price before which simply proves that it is a good crypto to hold for years and also, i do think it is possible to store etherium on ledger or to other hardware wallets.

Indeed its a long term investment but you can also trade them every time the price spikes up.

Eth was once worth just less than $5 but eventually rise up because of its ingenuity. If I have kept my ETH which was worth 300+ that time, I could have more ETH to invest to the new project these days.

Yes. Eth is very good for long term holding. Most probably the best alt for holding. Earlier i used MEW and now use nano ledger. MEW is a very good online wallet. But Using hardware wallet is the most secure way.

Yes you can hold ETH for long, it is like bitcoin. ETH has increased far from initial price in 2014.
If you keep holding from now, few years later you can sell your ETH with multiple times amount of your bought price!!

Of course you can trust Etherum because it't strong coin and 5-10 years it's more than enough to get big profit because I think in 2020 and more Cryptocurrency will growing faster and of course for long term investment saving on the online wallet is still not secure enough especially with large amounts.
