Try this link. It’s the best calculation for witness returns there is. But still, nobody knows.

Buy Real Estate with Gulden now in Delft.

Witness depends on how many will participate. It is capped at 1%. So putting more in one witness acount then 140k is probably useless.

Let's say I witness with 2%, I worked out 20 * 580 * 365 × 2% = +- 84000 coins a year I will earn.

Will there be a way to see how many coins in total are going to witness?

Good luck getting 3 million coins.

For people who wants to buy to get a passive lifetime income with witness, I highly suggest buying BEFORE the Pow2 release, the quicker, the cheaper you pay.

When PoW2 + SegSig releases and Gulden gets mass adopted, the price will certainly sky rocket, so it's very smart to buy before that.

Just my 2 cents.

Put in a order for little over 65000 coins at 1900, should get sold fairly quickly if btc goes up.

Don't care if price halves in a week, this is purely for witnessing.

Are they expecting around 140 million of the supply to witness? I am thinking 110k to witness with and +-50 000 to trade.

I am contemplating buying another 50k for witnessing. Has anyone worked out what a good amount to witness will be? I don't mind putting 1 btc towards a lifetime of passive income the next release will generate.

PoW2 and SegSig will be launched together, the devs confirmed that they managed to get it working -- at least initially Smiley

And honestly, if someone is still in doubt about investing in Gulden, just look at other coins, really.

All other coins are WAY behind Gulden in technology, wallets, use case, possibility for mass adoption and everything else, and still, other coins get pumped (and then dumped, lol) all the time.

Gulden, in other hand, it's slow and steady, but not for long, it just a matter of time (short one) till it goes BOOM. When it happens, we might have a strong correction because of profit takers, but it will keep raising still.

It's so cheap right now considering the price it will be in Months from now, it's a no-brainer.

Yes, I think the same about that

Is there any reason for Nocks having a small monthly limit of 100k ?

I don't know if it was done intentionally but it has allowed for a lot of new users to get into Gulden at a fair value and they also experience price growth at a slow and steady rate, if Nocks opened up larger limits gulden would be well on it's way to 1 Euro but the limits prevent rich investors from manipulating the market. The marketcap of Gulden is made up of a lot of users, Gulden has more users with coins in the wallets then stratis and waves put together.

Guldentrader exchange might end up being the one for rich investors.

Most the top coins are mainly used for money laundering, they honestly don't care about innovation.

A good crypto developer I have contact with said SegSig is not possible but he likes the PoW2 concept, if they drop SegSig and focus on PoW2 for a earlier release this coin will gain a lot of new investors.

The developer I know gave me this timeline.

1. March they will drop SegSig
2. Testing of PoW2
3. Release in June.

$100 000 investment today will be worth +$400 000 between July and August.
4times more? in July mmm maybe but in the end they are just a payment method isn´t?

They have other good work like DELTA diff ALGO and the link solution where you can link your iOS and Android wallets to the desktop wallet. Control all your funds from desktop. All wallets are decentralized, this coin is way ahead of it's time but no one has picked up on it besides the community.
