Honestly not all of them are secure. Sadly to say most of them are actually scam. But to prevent joining those scam, you must investigate the ICO first. Look if it has reliable people behind it.

Most of ICO right now are fraud but not all of them, we really have a skill atleast to detect and know the behaviour of Scam ICOs. Also the ICO rating website didn't give any guarantee that if they list the ICO, those ICO will working on. Yup more likely a gambling to know its scam or not
For me, i wouldn't risk my fund to them anymore, only take a seat on 1 or 2 ICOs is more than enough.

I have learnt that nothing is actually guaranteed in crypto, always do your due diligence before participating in any ICO and pray for favor to be lucky you made the right choice because we have seen some seemingly good project not shutting down at the end of the day

Nothing in this world is 100 percent secure. You should know who you give your money and what for. Otherwise you can lose everything you have. Do a good research and only after that invest in ICO

Not all ICO are safe and secure and not all ICO are scam. Because there are still lot of ICO's that are legit and you can earn out of it. You just have to be very diligent in researching what it is or what it does about the project you are going to enter.
