For now I will say yes it not secure... 90% ICO are scam they try to gain the system using business strategies and giving hopes. But if ICO are register under an organization.... I think it will be secure because they can be easily track down. Since it is registered.... As for now ICO are not secure.

No point in calling all projects a scam, they either become a success or they don't. Shit ICO's became huge MC projects. Perfect ICO's ended up in the garbage after the first real fud attempt. the good question is that if you want to invest in ICO, it is good, because you have invested in ICO, but on security we can not trust and ensure the security of ICO, because there are also complain and mesara deceived, but we also be careful for the security of the goods we invest.

There are many ICO projects and also many scam to get money easily but most of them are really profitable especially the bounty participants that will earn free.
In my own experience, there's a lot of ICO is legit but it depends on the bounty manager and their team some ico are a scam because of the team and the bounty manager are responsible to that issue, review first the ico and their team behind of the project before to participate to prevent scam.

You know what if you suspected that all ico are scam may I suggest you better leave in crypto world in order to avoid yourself from negativity.
