Like all exchanges IDEX is not perfect ,but the fact that it is decentralized ,says that you control your transactions, and no one affects it.
Idex is one of the best decentralized exchange out there, for me the exchange is very legit. Feel to trade on idex am sure you will enjoy it
It is legit. I've used it many times (since most ICOs tokens are released on idex). Never had a problem. (there were times that idex crashed though. But They always solved it in minutes-hours.)

I tried to trade on this exchanges and I had no problem encountered. I will recommend this to all my crypto friends. 
There was no problem I made shopping. you can change it like other exchanges for it.No problem.Many people are trading there only you will not be.
IDEX is not a bad exchange,there are a lot of altcoins, which have just completed their ICO, you can put coins for sale at the contract address.

I do transactions on IDEX Exchange very often, and I think this exchanger is very good, even with a simple look. but the service from this exchanger is very good
as long as I make transactions there everything works fine even though there are some prices that are not the same as other exchanges but that doesn't matter to me as long as everything is smooth
I have done a lot of buying and selling off IDEX. it is definitely legit. There is no ridiculous fee for deposit withdraw or anything like that. So all in all it is legit and it is also a really good exchange specially for recent ICOs

Yep idex is legit and better than another dex like etherdelta or forkdelta
But idex have min amount of trade and withdraw estimation so you must be careful before start deposit there
