It would be better if you buy in deep than in rise because market could go red at anytime so you wont regret it. Buying in high is really critical because bitcoin is not yer stable.

Actually any time is the right time to buy Altcoin if we have a lot of money especially when the price is fall down. If we think that the price is very affordable we buy it more and we can used it for investment and hold it and wait a right time to sell that alts so that we have earn more profit.

Definitely right, the perfect time to buy coins is when the market is red because its price is low and we can afford to buy. And to experience good profit you have to hold it first because this will help the market goes up. And if bull market will come, its all up to you if you sell it or still hold it. But surely you will have profit if you wait.

I personally think that the best time for buying altcoin is when you find the project you really like and believe in. There are thousands of online currencies, but when you read the white paper and carefully consider what that project is about and see the reason why it could work, then I would go for it.

The altcoins are right now just so dependent on Bitcoin and Ethereum. With any positive news from regulation perspective they can increase significantly upcoming period, but with a negative market segment, it will be though.

with Altcoin having such an increased development will be able to generate huge profits and be very capable of making a profit source to generate sufficient income. so by having Altcoin through a purchase will greatly support its development.

Yes especially if that altcoin has potential to show and you can see flooding updates in the development. Better accumulate more altcoins while the price is not yet stable and there's a big chance for it to jump at its highes peak.
