When you do something, you get something, no matter what is the value of earned tokens now, but there is a higher chance that this something will be one day very valuable than nothing .

It's so hard to find a good project signature campaign lately especially low member rank doesn't bring big profit after doing alot of work weekly. I think we should work and wait I believe one day we are going to find a good project that will fetch us a good reward
Usually small payments are for beginners, and for those forum members who have high ranks, their earnings are much higher. As a rule, high ranks get the bulk of the bounty pool.
this is so deep for me, i am a bounty hunter and we know what feel like this.
i join bounty signature campain and wear the signature, doing post everyday and get stake every week.
then when project complate distribution get delay and we wait and get "soon".
when we get our token, the price is just in 50$.
this is not fair, we here is a worker promotion with low payment.

sometimes my friends keep asking me this question and my feedback has always been yes it is worth working and waiting. Are you going to sit idle?, hell no, put in some efforts and continue working for new projects and when you are unexpectedly waiting to receive your tokens, then you realize you have the tokens already in your wallet. it sounds great when you receive rewards for your work. To me, its better to work and wait for reward than to sit there idle.
Indeed, there is such a thing and believe me such conditions are no longer welcome by the participants of the bounty. It is very good that some bounty began to change the payment policy and make them either once a month or every week in general. There are few such bounty, but I am sure that this trend should continue and increase. It would be much easier if the payments were made for each working week, then it would be much easier to determine the importance of the project, and in case of problems, just leave, saving your personal time.
2017 was an awesome year not just for investors and holders but also with bounty hunters.
how i wish we can go back in times and make more money from it.

Bounty hunters are in a sense investors, too - they are investing their time and energy to make good bounty post like investors their money.
I also think the stress and work put into bounty hunting is not worth it except if you just want to acquire the coin for long term holding, but if it is for profit it is not worth it at all, because most of these projects take up to 3 or 5 months before they distribute and list.
I am afraid it is extremaly hard to find a project with good bounty payrate which will survive more than few months now 
Three months of work in the bounty - the company is not such a long time, especially since you still managed to get your coins at least for $ 50. I know companies that have been going for more than 6 months and so have not ended anything. Well, do not despair about this. Now there is another extra reason to carefully select the company to participate.

Its means the project you help promoted is not a very good one,I make more than 50$ from airdrops so I expect more from bounties ,well I'm still new on here but I'm sure the more tasks you do on the bounty tasks will determine your payout

for me signature campain is a rare campain that makes it different with other campain.

I agree with you that its not worth the work and wait because you can disappointed at anytime. I suggest you treat bounty hunting as a side hustle instead of a full job. Its very disappointing that after all the hardworking, your coin is not even listed at the end of the bounty.
Working here cryptocurrency is too easy and manageable but we make sure we are promoting glld and legit projects so we will not be fooled by many scammers around,it is really worth the wait and hardworks we do and now the conditions of the crypto market is getting good so we need to be patient until it totally recovers and we can assure we will make profits.

not all projects, but most are as you say. bounty campaigns that are too long, or distributions that wait up to 2-5 months can be bad. because sometimes the team will not distribute to the bounty. but all depend on a good team and work well. is doing something fishy. I know what you are saying and how it feels actually extended bounty camoaigns are to blame, i think we should not participate in campaigns that last for more than 3 months because we will work more and get less reward in such campaigns, also another factor for small rewards is the overall bear that was here for many months and because of that prices are like 10x down.

It's happened more than once. The company is over, the tokens are counted, and the distribution between the participants takes place months later. And although the token has long been on the exchange, but while waiting for the award, it is worth nothing and the time was wasted. But still continue to participate in companies in the hope that such cases will be as small as possible.
