In my opinion the market condition shows a positive sign, currently the price of bitcoin reaches $ 5607 and looks like it will continue to rise and have a big impact on altcoins, just wait is more profitable than sell.
I've been waiting so long and joining lot of bounties thats being scammed even they reach the minimum amount of they need on their project so on we need take the risk of those ico projects even until now lot of ico it is fake.
Sad thing bounty hunters are going through in cryptocurrency bounty campaigns. It feels your all hard earned money is gone in a natural disaster when a bounty hunter goes through the similar situation. But the happy side of bounty campaign is that good projects are not like that. Good projects will pay good amount to their team members like bounty hunters and they have potentiality to grow in the market. So the first thing for bounty hunters before going for bounty campaign is choose a good project.
The sad part is said but there is a need for the bounty hunters too. Potentially good projects never believe to the third party companies for managing their marketing, advertising jobs. Bounty hunters are paid for small tasks and jobs but they abuse the power of bounty campaign. 
First I will be grateful because it can be paid (not a scam)

Good thing if you able to find projects that will provide good compensations after the it was done, better to look for good one so the wait will worth,
will be assigned with the aspirant to do some checking and researching before participating so it will not be a waste of time.
i have learned its about patient and dont loose faith my first bounty poyect was a real scam. And it took almost 6 months.. and all my friend when i get in the crypto world said to me that all was a scam and when i experienced that never paid the tokens and the whoile proyect did not work out. For some time i got out of crypto but i still needed some extra cash so i did it again and i get my best bounty experience so far. and they are doing another bounty again so i joined im talking about miracle its getting em almost $100 monthly

someday you will get it. if you learn from mistakes and continue to develop your skills in analyzing the project, if it doesn't develop then you just complain about your luck. So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.

Of course the project that is really good will give its members high pay as well as large companies that are active by giving their members a lot of tokens or my own coins often get tokens from the projects I have participated in for several years and I am happy because I can collect tokens and later I will exchange it into an advantage for me.
Now the worst period for bounty hunters, only about 20 out of 100 projects go to the stock exchange, and only a few remain liquid. The market is recovering, but getting a good reward for participating in a bounty company is still not easy.
Indeed, it's not the best time for bounties like it was back in 2017. There's a new IEO trend now and I think it's better to concentrate on it. I suppose that time for good bounties will come in next few months.
Well 2018 is a bad year for bounty hunters, i feel sad on your experienced but there's nothing worst than doing a bounty for a year and get nothing. However i still work hard doing bounties to accumulate many tokens because i know in the long run when the bullrun comes i will have great profit.
it depends on what state the market is in. it is now a bear market. Everything is negative. However, i believe in some bounty projects. i will always support them until they break out.
It's sometimes very sad especially for bounty hunters and investors when the market turns out like this. Coins value are depreciated but I think we shouldn't give up. The market will recover so its worth the work and waiting.

I have one account on the Forum and I work in a bank. 5-10% of the salary I invest in cryptocurrency. I expect the growth of the cryptocurrency market in 2021.
I often experience things like you. Sometimes there is no payment for workers. That made me disappointed, because the price of bitcoin dropped, so many ico were not successful with sales because there were too few investors for the ico.

The current crypto condition is different from the previous crypto conditions such as in 2017 yesterday, now when bounty hunters take part in a project bounty for months and months the results are not necessarily as expected this is indeed not worth our hard work, it will be better if we also have other jobs so it is not completely centralized with this work
