maybe it's part of the risk and it's hard to expect more, if you join the bounty to make a living, you will have difficulty eating because what is produced is not worth it so more precisely is for side jobs, I also often experience doing work and waiting for months but not receiving anything it can be frustrating but I keep doing it to try my luck.
Every bounty hunters who participating in different bounties have their regrets due to the long period of work and they paid only small amount of value of token but sometimes it is worth by waiting the price of the token high and giving huge of profit.
I used to be like you. I continue and pursue it. Although recently there is no good ICO campaign. If you have any good campaigns recommend me and I will join it
Indeed its frustrating when you work hard and wait for months and realised your work worth nothing much and nothing could be done about it. The only way to prevent these worthless projects is to do thorough research about the project you work on which from your research can yield you much.
We should not calculate the current prices.When doing bounties and if I find a high potential project when it get listed on exchanges I do not care for the price. The projects needs 1-2 years time to deliver on their promises. ( it depends on the project ) plus if we sell on a bullish market we could be rewarded for our patience later.
Perhaps, if you will hold tokens for a year or more, you can wait for significant growth. Of course, if the project is worthwhile, and the team is actively working
It is really frustrating but there are also good projects out there that are still true to their words but its just that they are very few

When the market is red like now, then doing something else is a better thing, in life, of course we cannot continue to wait and I think the best thing is to do something more useful.
indeed waiting continuously is a pretty boring thing. because waiting is only for people who are pessimistic and don't want to wake up from the reality that is currently happening. the problem is that the red market can be handled well and we must have the spirit to move forward again.

I agree that everything depends on you. And only you decide what to do with your money. But I would wait and hold for now.

After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.

Why we have to wait for months to get few pennies it is better to avoid those projects and start participating on bitcoin signature campaigns.It is better to make $10 every week in bitcoin than $50 for four or five months in tokens.

For me it's just not worth waiting to be paid with the crummy projects out there, so I work with projects that pay weekly if possible. Bounty hunters should be selective of the projects they work for, since most projects will likely fail, leaving them with worthless tokens, assuming they even pay out at all.

This is something we are use to, and besides you should make a project of the risks you will be willing to take considering all these variety. It is heart breaking and we still continue to survive.
