If the project already have product and it can be widely used then it's really create impact to investors, it will attract more people to support as they've got some good edge instead of waiting for those project who are just relying with how much money that they will collected, though it isn't the assurance but for
sure it have some good impact, building project and advertise uses to attract investors will be much easier and it will give an instant review as the team can
allow investors to try their product.

In my opinion the project without product is very foolish idea. No one on earth will develop a project without some kinds of idea in hands or in the future. Products is the main introduction of one ico, without it the project will surely end easily because there is no product or it is not proven how the people believe so.

it is really great if ICO already has working product or at least some prototype. That shows the team capability to deliver not only to speak and then disappear. I hope more and more projects will be approaching ICOs this way.

I think for now it does require a product in a project.
because of the product that we can get additional trust from an investor in a project that hold ico and make altcoin.

For me I think its important to have at least an alpha or beta but a lot of the time ICO's normally do well on a promise and no working product.

An ICO must be developed from the earliest conditions, I think it is very difficult to get an ICO that has good prospects. A product offered on ICO is very important because it can make a person's perspective change, if the offered product is attractive and the presented whitepaper has clarity so everyone will not hesitate to invest in an ICO project. but let's see if the project does not offer anything interesting in their product then certainly they lose a lot of investors and the loss will be the end result. So the product becomes a thing that should be designed very well, the project should be able to give confidence that the project will experience success.

There are 2 kind's of Business, its either they offer product or service.
If the company dont offer product or service, I do'nt know what they are, for sure we can't call it business.

this ico is familiar,I guess its ALEKSANDRA.KICKCITY has been promoting this for how many threads,and same strategy that CREATING A THREAD AND PUTTING THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS..nice style

Definetly as you said, it is important. Atleast if they don't have already a working product, then like this some alpha or beta version of it, so users can try it before investing in it. Also atleast for me, it gives me some certainty that they will strive to bring even better results in the future.

The Howey test is the main standard the SEC uses to decide whether or not a token is a security or instead a utility token. If there's no existing product use for the token then the SEC has strongly signaled that they will consider a token a security because the only thing people are buying is the expectation of future profit.

There's some good literature out there on the Howey test that's worth a read.

Yes it is important, but not obligatory, many good project reached high on coinmarket cap without a working project, but only a very good team behind it and a very good idea that people trust, thats one one of the important things, but i would always give advantage to the project that has a working product

In my opinion having a working product ready is the most crucial successfactor for an ico. This gives the investors a clear sign that the ICO is no scam, the trust in the project raises and so does the money which will be invested into the project.

I think any project needs a product. That proves that the project is doing very well and making investors feel more secure with their investments. A good product will demonstrate excellent work team, project quality, credibility. Investors will be willing to invest in these ICOs because they can see that the project has a greater chance of success and that their money can recover and profit sooner.
