yeah I think product or their planned result of the ICO is very important for that project and the coin . but I don't think it's a necessary to have a working product before the ICO because some ICOs collect money to build their product
I totally agree that product is very important for a good project. Because it creates a kinda trust in the mind of investors that the project is no longer just an idea but already a reality and also shows that the team is capable of making the project successful

I agree that the product is important for the project , but I think beside the product the more important is the team behind the project it self.
now there are a lot of ICOs, projects, bounty campaigns however project with real product is more attractive for investors than whitepaper projects
