Regulation of the cryptocurrency market will come in the near future.
Cryptocurrencies have declared themselves and they will eventually be governed by certain laws and requirements that will need to be respected.
I think this will happen smoothly without strong worries and misunderstandings on the part of the players.

Although regulating crypto might be a good idea to reduce scam  in this sphere ,but let us not forget that there is a negative part of it.

if care is not taken regulation may mean destroying the real essence  of blockchain which was decentralization.

I also think that a regulation is necessary, I only hope it will be done with the suggestions of the experts. Alternatively all is going to become complicated.

I do not think that the regulation of cryptocurrency and benefit. It seems to me that government bodies should not interfere in the development of cryptocurrency.
I think that in some sectors of the cryptocurrency need to intervene such as ico, there are a lot of scams and I think the extra adjustment here would not hurt to reduce scams!

This is extremely bad for a cryptocurrency market, as it completely contradicts the original idea of the creator.

I personally support the fact that our market starts to be regulated as it will be quite interesting in this way for large investors.

Some people believe that market regulation can make it better. In addition, they think it will attract large investors.

I do not think that the regulation of cryptocurrencies is something good for the cryptocurrencies themselves, but there is no other choice in this situation, so this is a forced measure.

Governments will impose their regulations that is what they have always done, the tricky part is how they are going to force people to follow their regulations, this market was specifically created to resist them so no matter what they do they cannot force anyone to follow their rules and laws and I am sure that is something that is making them go crazy.

In my view, regulation will be good for Crypto industry. As we can now see  that many Govt are looking for ways to regulate the industry.

Regulation will be a good thing in the long run. It will build trust for the industry among the masses thereby resulting in mass adoption. With regulation, people will feel more comfortable and have a sense of security to invest in crypto.

I don't believe that regulation means we have to declare our portfolio. Just as nobody cares to know exactly how much you own in the bank.

Regulation will also help in curbing the possibility of using crypto to launder money and place a check and balance in ICO which will make it very difficult for scam ICOs to operate.

I say regulation will in the end be a good thing for crypto..

What's your view about it?

If we look at the ideals of cryptocurrency as a decentralized financial transaction, then government regulation would be against that ideals. But with the current market situation where scam ICOs and projects are everywhere, I am now in favor of regulating crypto. This in a way will protect investors losing their money.

Quite a lot of people think that regulation is still necessary, especially in the situation that is emerging on the market today. I also think that we need control, but as it was said, control of the community was said. Why SEC is allowed and it is necessary to introduce KYC for investors, we also need to create a KYDT (Know Your Developer Team)
Providing personal data will concern not only the investor, but all users of cryptocurrency, Although you are a trader or a member of the Bounty company.

For the bad side, it is a bit of annoying because the government finally disturb the cryptocurrency. But the good fact with it, is that government helps minimize the possible scams attacks of the user and they filtered out only the best for the investors.

I also strongly agree with the policy of supervising cryptocurrencies, so as to avoid the birth of many scam projects and effectively protect the interests of investors.

If the government enters the crypto world, I think it will have a major impact on the development of crypto. I think investors will increase because Crypto has a legal entity. So far, many investors are hesitant to invest because they are afraid of fraud. However, if the government has provided regulations, there will certainly be more investors who trust Crypto.

I believe that without regulation, cryptocurrency has no future. Although BTC and other cryptocurrencies are conceived as decisive, many states seek to regulate them before giving them the status of an official means of payment.
Well cryptocurrency has existed for 10 years and will continue to exist I think the regulation is not much there and we need, I think we need to regulate ico now

Opinions on this score are quite different, a large number of people believe that regulation will contradict the very principle of anonymity in the world of cryptocurrencies, and that Satoshi Nakamoto did not expect it, but I think that competent regulation can help the development of cryptocurrencies.

Cryptocurrency was created with autonomy to offer decentralization and obscurity but the cryptocurrency space is now littered with fruadsters and individuals of questionable characters all taking the blockchain advantage to scam unsuspecting individuals. I think regulations is called for and in this regard, regulation is good
