Mission uncertain: Canadian planes leave for Eastern Europe to assist NATO

Unless a NATO member is attacked by Russia (such as Latvia or Estonia), these guys are just going to sit around and watch. Putin also knows it. He knows that the NATO can't do anything against him in Ukraine, other than supporting the corrupt oligarchs such as Tymoshenko and Akhmetov.

Well, NATO invaded Yugoslavia without Yugoslavia attacking or even threatening any NATO member first...

They could have successfully defended themselves, JNA (Yugoslav National Army) was almost intact after the NATO bombing finished, but their political leadership was corrupt and incapable. And that was the reason why NATO attacked Yugoslavia in the first place... Cool

Six CF-18s and hundreds of Canadian Forces personnel left for Romania to help NATO forces in Eastern Europe amid uncertainty over the scope of the mission.

It is the biggest deployment of military aircraft to Romania from another NATO member since the Ukraine crisis broke out.

"There is a lot of uncertainty about what we're going to be doing over there," Lieutenant-General Yvan Blondin said at a press conference with Defense Minister Rob Nicholson in Bagotville, where the CF-18 Hornets are based.

"If Russia chooses the path of de-escalation, the international community – all of us – will welcome it. If Russia does not, the world will make sure that the cost for Russia will only grow. And as President Obama reiterated earlier today, we are ready to act," Kerry said.

Really?

Time is on our side, yes it is!
I honestly don't see the American people supporting this type of action and there will be major political blow back if you ask me.

You haven't noticed the USA is ramping up oil and natural gas production is now poised to overtake Russia as the world's #1 producer.
You can't see the globalists have this all planned out.

I was going to post... but fatpony beat me to it.

USA consumes about 20mill barrels of oil per day and produces about 8mill barrels so that insane difference they USA imports. Russia has daily consumption od less then 3.5mill BPD and produces more then 11mill.

Also, there is another fact. The exports from the OPEC region are slowly declining, due to the increased consumption there. The petroleum consumption there is growing even faster than the population growth.  Grin

The West Bankrupted the Soviets in 1990
Only to be bankrupted by the Russians 30 Years Later

Yes... the bankruptcy will result from rising costs of oil and gas. Russia is the number one producer of petroleum and gas. Remember that every year Russia exports oil and gas worth $400 billion to the Western nations. Sanctions means that the exports will remain at the same level, while the imports will decline. Result: Western nations will lose their revenue and economic collapse will happen.

Very Unlikely.  Every side is just flexing arm as usual to maintain face and control.

Wake up and realize these conflicts are part of the plan to bring about the NWO:

None of the nuclear powers can be invaded. Intervening in Ukraine is one thing and invading Russia is another. If the UK and US send their troops to Ukraine, it will not necessarily start the WW3. On the other hand, if they send their troops to invade Russia, it will definitely signal the start of WW3 and MAD. Russia will definitely use some of its 10,000 nuclear war heads and half the world will turn to radio-active waste land.

Indeed invasions of the nuclear powers is not part of the plan.

Rather the point of all of this to force the smaller nations to accede their sovereignty to the USA in return for the protection of "international cooperation".

In NATO invasion-prepping news:

Britain, France deploy 8 fighter jets to Lithuania and Poland

The general public in both the UK and France are firmly against any intervention in Ukraine. Seems that Hollande and David Cameron are ignoring their own citizens to show loyalty towards Russia.

On Monday, Russia’s Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has urged his Pentagon counterpart Chuck Hagel to help cool down the rhetoric over Ukraine and described NATO troops massing near Russian borders as “unprecedented.”

Speaking to Hagel by phone on Monday, Shoigu classified the growth of NATO activity in Eastern Europe as “unprecedented,” saying it was accompanied by “provocative” rhetoric about “containing” Russia.

It's not going to happen, not if the country they want to invade has thousands of nuclear warheads.

Hmm... 8,500 nuclear warheads to be exact.
And in addition, none of the NATO missile shields are capable enough to intercept the Russian Intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) such as the SS-18 Satan or the SS-25 Sickle.

Prepare your nuclear bunker and stock more foods. WW3 is coming.

Doesn't matter. No matter how much food do you store, everything will be spoiled by the radiation waves. You cannot escape the radiation by hiding beneath a bunker. No chance.  Grin

The WW2 was such a disaster for the humanity. It killed off the most intelligent people we had at that time. A possible WW3 won't be any different. It will kill off the remaining intelligent people, and leave the earth for idiots.
