There is no time for Ripple to overtake bitcoin on the cryptocurrency market, except many people (every cryptocurrency investor) surrender to decentralized systems and they surrender themselves to the government to adopt cryptocurrency because it will become a centralized system. Even though this will never happen at all.
One should always check there is a huge difference between XRP and Bitcoin total market capitalization. I don't see in near future XRP will defeat btc. It's true XRP again surpasses eth even I feel in future BTC will rise more than XRP. Bitcoin has huge community of supporter and in my personal opinion I think XRP can't defeat btc in future.
I would not say that Ripple defeated Ethereum, and even more so I doubt that he will be able to beat Bitcoin!

Just seen from marketcap is almost impossible, and the difference is 5x compared to bitcoin, I heard that ETH developers often play the market to change capitalist XRP, I think like that because some of the information I get from people who are experts in the crypto market.

Have you seen the big difference between btc and xrp? Looking at the CMC right now and I can say that there is no chance for XRP to take over the top spot because bitcoin is too good at that level. We know how XRP moves it price, its a centralized one and for sure they can easily move and dump their price which is too risky for some investors. 
Of course, there is no chance that Ripple could beat Bitcoin in capitalization. Bitcoin is the most basic cryptocurrency and it will always remain in the first place. Ripple is a coin that does not represent anything. As soon as Bitcoin becomes more convenient to use, then Ripple will not even be near of BTC
Market cap is just a number, who needs that. Let me imagine in your way, if bitcoin changed their basic unit into satoshi, then it will not be beaten by XRP 
. But ,I am very much sure that is going to happen one day or another because bitcoin will be having price levels in millions then we are going to have basic unit as satoshi. Basically, market capitalization will not bring any value to a coin's ecosystem but people are considering it as a measurement to compare different coins.XRP got a lot of real fiat money, so if BTC will dump very very very deep) They can cost higher than BTC) But this will be the crush of all crypto IMHO)
Good imagination. Usually I'm not replying to day dreamers but this time I just want to be different. If you notice, even XRP is being valued based on BTC's price levels. If bitcoin will get dumped them XRP will become zero. This is the basic fact here we need to notice but most people are not ready to analyse these but just want to have big day dreams.
Bitcoin is the king and will remain so for a very very long while. Xrp catching up is a pipeline dream and that dream is what I don't want to embark in .

In my opinion, xrp can never defeat btç and xrp can also not defeat eth even though xrp is rabked as number two. But if you look at the uncertainty of crypto, anything can happen.

Even if XRP could have avantages and will be a strong project in crypto in the future it could not overclass BTC because they don't have the same philosophy. XRP is not for decentralization, major part is property of some people and goal is to be link with banks and institutions.
Goal of BTC is to be free for all to invest what they want freely and without intermediate in officials institutions. It is the first assets available for everybody directly.
Other crypto why not but not XRP even if marketcap is higher.

Currently everything is possible, however, if this happens, it would open up possibility for other coins to overcome XRP! I say this because there are better things than XRP, I'm just missing some arguments from those who defend XRP to be better than XBT!

Well, no, I don't think Ripple will going to go that far. It's enough that it beat the ETH, but bitcoin is quite too big for it to surpass. Well, in a few years, in other terms might be, but the market cap seems impossible.
Its impossible for XRP for beat BTC. To be honest there is no comparison between the two. BTC will still rule and if at all XRP will replace BTC, that's when it will be doom's day for Crypto world. Honestly, XRP defeats the whole purpose of decentralization.

I think the position that Ripple has right now is not a permanent state. It could easily turned back again anytime when Ethereum has its price return.
So for Ripple to take the place of Bitcoin, I think it still impossible for now or even next year.

XRP is getting a lot of momentum and use cases, but they are only by institutions and banks. I haven't heard of normal businneses accepting payments in XRP.
Even DASH is doing better. So, XRP may overtake Bitcoin for a while, but it will remain a narrow niche coin in the long-term in my opinion.

If the "standard" for defeating is related to those number, yes, why not? XRP can be pumped beyond the universe while bitcoin may still have tough times.
If the standard is more related to common sense, then no. Because you compare apples with oranges, because XRP is some centralized something (not a proper coin by far). By common sense even the "copycat" Litecoin is far better than XRP.

Well , it is unlikely that bitcoin strongly dominates the rest of the coins , I doubt that this will ever happen, bitcoin is very well established in the market! 
Well, Ripple is a coin that brings the different concept. Now, this altcoin has defeated Ethereum and it has been in the second position of CMC. However, to defeat the Bitcoin, in what term? CMC or overall? I think that it will be very difficult to defeat the BTC.
