If you can't verify their results then it is a scam probably considered as cheating but its legal or illegal depends on their origin. But if it a reputed crypto site then you can ruin their reputation if you provide valid proofs or people will consider you as troll.

It's illegal to run a scam casino everywhere in the world and it's universal rule lmao. Even if casinos were legal in a country doesn't mean scam casinos are legal. So technically, a scam casino is illegal everywhere but a legit casino will be illegal or legal depending on the jurisdiction of the country.

I think a licensed casino is assumed to have met the right standards required for casinos to be registered in any country. Such licensed casino could even go as far as following the best standards available outside of the host country's required standards.
And there is the possibility of a casino that meets the required host country's standards going below the standards or avoiding best practices... that could be considered a scam. So it's possible that licensed scam casino will exist if regulators are not doing very good job.

Unless of course the Casino's operators have and "understanding" with the local officials to shall we say "look the other way" - It doesn't legitimise their operations, but it does afford them a degree of protection.  Of course having said that things can always go pear shaped when one side or the other wants to vary the terms of their understanding.

When playing in a betting site some users did not verify if the system is really provably fair. Because the gambler have gained so much trust to site that they use to play. In my view, this is considered cheating and illegal if found manipulate the game output since a player can check and confirm game fairness. Also, may I know if possible what betting site is this.

I think many people does not know how to verify the bets. Even if the site is trusted, the gamblers should verify their bets especially for the ones on which they lose the game. In case they found anything unusual , they should report it immediately to the support.

Most gamblers will not verify the bets because they are busy to place the bets or choosing the strategy to win the game. They will not think much about verifying because they let the casino do their work. But some gamblers will try to verify, and as you say, if they found something wrong, they will report it to the customer service, and they hope that the wrong thing can be fixed.
Yeah, even me sometimes, I don't verify any bets because I'm very excited about the bet and the results.

I guess only a few gamblers are trying to verify their bets because they already trusted the platform they're betting. Of course, most of the gamblers are betting to a gambling platform that is legitimate and has a lot of good and positive feedbacks.

This happens if the gambler trusted His gambling site, and mostly this is which they use to play most of the time, why need verification from the casino site that you have been playing for long time?
if this happen to new site that we are just trying to test then maybe full verification is a must as we are adjusting what the site is all about.

Even if the site is trusted, we should verify few bets, if not all, for time to time just to check that everything is working fine at the casino end. It is also not advisable to blindly trust the casino site even though it may be old and trusted.

Interested to know what wrong information they have on their "provable fair statement" that Op is  talking about. I was digesting the post while reading through it until I saw:

Quote
Imean they probably are calculating right the dice value, however, the only fact of having wrong information on their provably fair statement should be enough for a legal complaint, shouldn't it?

Well, I think he/she has to be sure they really did something wrong. And I'd probably just allow them to compansate if wrong was not deliberate. If the betting site statement & provable fair feature is proven to be wrong/contradictory (unintentionally), owners should compensate (assuming it's owned by good person/people), or they would give you reasonable time to fully compensate.

So what's the latest on this issue? Solved?
Yeah, Provably fair there saying but how about provint it? We can't just settle in the statement and you were right there seeing the platform if not provably fair then owners should pay for your losses.

However, most of the online casino are decentralized and not being under controlled by a third party. Which means the playing online casino is between you and the owner and the advantage is that low fees could be apply.

But when it comes to complain I guess it will be difficult to d because online gambling casino are not usually under a third party to help you with your complain. The best thing to do is to chose the right gambling platform.

If that happens then, you can always reach to the support, just make sure you have enough documents to present such as screen capture, date and time when it happened and other supporting details. Because we might not know, systems aren't always perfect, if the verification of the outcome didn't match, it doesn't mean they do it as a cheat. Perhaps, there's a chance that there's a technical issue with the design or system itself. IMO, a fraudulent gambling platform will be verified when their support or customer service didn't make the necessary action to either return the funds, or to provide some compensation for the issue.

Does the same applies for real liive casinos online. Until the casino states none will go for a try or analyse whether it is provably fair or not. Here it is mentioned just because the casino has stated them as provably fair, but when checked there is correlation. This can be considered as error, mistake and cheating.

My thinking on this would be this:
If we, as players, visit online casinos and play some live casino games like Blackjack and baccarrat, and for some reason, dealer wins continuously during 5-7 games in Blackjack or we lose whenever we play on player or banker but the opposite one wins, don't forget that they can't cheat on us as there are more than 100 people playing at the same time watching that person (dealer) who shows us in front of our eyes (none of the live games can be called provably fair here because that is the nature of these games, but we still cannot deny this that they don't cheat on us).

When you walk into a real live Casino, do you ask the person at the front door if they are a "provably fair" Casino, or, do you show your fake I.D. and head to the bar before hitting the tables?

If you are a smart Casino player you would think about your future strategies and techniques to win and also you will take a research about the weaknesses and strengths of a particular Casino co'z we all know that there are Casino operators who loves to take advantage the weaknesses of their customers just to earn a lot of money because they are afraid to lose a large amount of money so what they are doing is they are tricking the players to commit lose streaks by manipulating the game.
This is what we called as taking profit to casino legally. There are team like this beating casino with their strategy especially in the black jack game. They had table to which guide them in their decision making. The table was said to be done by a mathematical calculation that reduces casino to its advantage to a marginal of 1% instead of 2%. Huge difference if player that has no guide in playing black jack.

Anyway, gambling games in casino are design for a gambler to lose. The more the gambler loses the more it will become aggressive in betting. Huge losses is the possible result for this kind of gambler.

I'd imagine real casino players to do their researches beforehand, before arriving to the entrance of the casino. (reading reviews, asking friends etc...)

or, do you show your fake I.D. and head to the bar before hitting the tables?

Some people actually do that in real life.

This means we must not play in many sites when we can have our loyalty in sites that is legit and being trusted for many years.
As a gambler we must be aware of scams from sites and how they work to gain the money of players without them not having a chance to win it back.
Be informative each time because gambling can take our money is any way and by any chance.

I am totally with you, we as the gamblers and users of such casinos need to unite and only reward trusted casinos who have been around for a long time. The forum here is doing a good job on sorting out the bad from the good casinos. Reviews from trusted members are more and more important and should be flagged if they find a casinos ripping of their players. It's just not fair for anyone if the game is rigged and we can't win out money back. There shouldn't be any chance anymore for rigged games to be around if we would all check the trustworthiness before gambling. Personally I stick to casinos who have been around for years with a good track record.
Thats the beauty when you do tend up to make up some search and making this forum as a primary preference towards into your decisions specially if you do tend to play out on a new gambling site that
had launched recently.

You can really get real-time and honest feedbacks rather than seeing into those reviews and comments that you can see on review sites and other similar platforms which neither can be paid or totally just listing out
and making personal and presumptioned kind of review without having an actual experience towards the site.
