Half to half. The good half is now it's good time to explain that Bitcoin is just one of goods. At previus time, many people came to crypto space for making a quick buck. But we all know that it's impossible you can always win in market. The bad half is as what you say, someone maybe think the market is speculative, regard it as scam, so its price down now and for a long time.
now the market value is dull and the price of bitcoin is also low and is at loss ...so iam asking that if i explain now about the bitcoin they may think as a scam...
It is always a right time to explain about Bitcoin and underlying technologies. Maybe later it will be too late for them. Also, making your educational efforts, is a big thing for all of our crypto community, for the goal of mass adoption and growing army.
I think this is the right time due to the market dip, the issue is to let them get to know what they are venturing into and I'm sure they themselves will see that now is the right time if they really want to earn something from crypto.

- With prices and risks at this time, I don't think we should share with friends about the knowledge of investing in bitcoin and crypto, the risk is bigger than what they can get, and if they have huge losses, we will be complained by them, even they will say bad things about us to others. it is our responsibility to explain bitcoin in sustainable prospects as long as we can still apply positive limits to ward off all negative questions from them due to lack of knowledge because they often read pessimistic articles in the short term.

Before, I also had the same dilemma as OP has, but then I realized, if not now, then when, and if not me, then who. It's us who are supposed to go hand-in-hand in spreading awareness about bitcoin. I believe that if people have enough knowledge about that, we can break the doubt and fear about it which hinder it in reaching its full potential, making it undervalued. So I think, yeah, this is definitely the right time to tell others about it, and now is the perfect time to enter the crypto world. Anyway, it's a gamble, just as life is, and those who can endure to the end wins. I'm pretty sure that open-minded people will thank us soon for introducing bitcoin to them when it snowballs.

Every time is the right moment for us to share our knowledge to other people about bitcoin for them to become interested to what it is. If they didn't believe to what did you say, it is better to ignore them because it is not a matter after all. 
Actually, whenever and wherever we can explain about bitcoin to people who want an explanation about it, because bitcoin is already widely known to people and we can also read or see through the internet. Those who want to know or understand about bitcoin will certainly not think that bitcoin is a scam if we explain it well from the beginning of the existence of bitcoin until now, because this is the right time for those who want to invest in bitcoin because the price is down.
I have the same opinion, that now is the right condition to explain bitcoin to everyone because they can start investing when cheap bitcoin prices are like now. Although, the risk of volatility that occurs cannot be predicted. However, we better explain to everyone about the risks of bitcoin investments so that the people we explain later about bitcoin do not feel that they have been exposed to investment fraud.
Yes of course everyday and every time is the time to explain what is bitcoin and before of that because of the dumping or falling of the value of bitcoin you should also explain on what happening on the market for them to understand well why it is happening. And for the addition always tell them that they need also to make their own research for their additional knowledge and to expound what they know.

Yes this is the right time to explain bitcoin or any other cryptos is when their price is in all time lows because they can be easily believable that they are real/legit currency because i noticed that when bitcoin is in its ath's , many people keeps on complaning about its high price which they think it was scam . this time is also beneficial to them because they can be able to buy btc in a dirt cheap price
The right time to explain bitcoin is that this is digital money, because there are many wrong perceptions about bitcoin where many think this is a scam.The very high price of bitcoin in 2017 makes people interested, but also many are afraid that this is just ponzi.

If you have knowledge about trading, you will probably do what you want, to tell your closest friends or people that bitcoin has a very good future for everyone, because Bitcoin still has a price of 3645 dollars, if you compare prices in 2013 / 14 was very low last year, if you can be patient for the next few years, chances are you will see the biggest price of bitcoin in the coming year ...
If you only look at the price to see if Bitcoin are a scam, then Bitcoin will most likely be a ponsi scam, where early adopters are selling to clueless newbie’s. But if you look at Bitcoin as a decentralizes currency, with peer to peer interaction, with a fix amount of coins where the inflations are already known, and double spending are not possible, then Bitcoins becomes interesting.
Knowing the deeper understanding of such investment will bring you a much interesting position, if you already gained that then sharing it with someone you really knows are good to do, knowing that you are giving them opportunities to also explore things that you already learned will bring them interestdon't hesitate as long as you have better understanding, sharing is caring if they will look in the positive side of this industry.

I think Depending on the person the time will vary because majority of people tends to make assumptions by looking at others or according to the trend but some make radical decisions by learning and researching thoroughly so if you spread the word about bitcoin certain percentage might understand and invest but others will deny at once by looking and considering about news from media and governments and that is why it always depends on the person than the time

This is my 4th year in the cryptocurrency market, there are now many people who entered to the market because I help them to know what is the purpose and function of cryptocurrencies. I always spreading my knowledge to other people about the whole blockchain for them to become aware to the new technology.

If you explain to people correctly, then no one will think that this is a scam. When people ask me, I usually say that Bitcoin is now at its minimum, growth will definitely be, but a little later, because after the fall, there is always a price increase. If you invest now, then most likely there will be a profit a little later.

the explanation about bitcoin can be very fast when using social media, this will have a chain effect but if the environment around maybe an explanation through a proof of success is enough to explain everything, about when we do it then all the time we use bitcoin for each transaction we represent everything, because bitcoin is a currency that will be very useful for future trade.
