I used to get into trading with small marginal profit which won't be that stressful as that of the trade done with high profit margin.
Right.It will be more stressful if you make it as your main source of income.Because not all the time you can make good profits from it,sometimes losses happen too.And yes,seeing the market now still in a low price sometimes makes me feel stressed.So i don't often check the market price and i sometimes go for a family bonding out of town just to make myself relax and not to be stressful anymore.

At the beginning of my crypto - currency career, I tried different strategies of earning with bitcoin, one of which is trading. And I just got on my nerves and lost some of my coins. So since then I prefer not to get involved with this kind of activity. Too risky and unpredictable.
Yes for me trading is stressful most especially if you just new and no idea about it. Like when you are in the learning procees. It is quite confusing where to go, etc.There are also lots of things or process to do before you can trade. It is up to each of us how to handle,do or know the trading in simpliest way.

entertain yourself by playing. games sometimes, or watching movies. You can monitor your trades while watching movie on the other side. Sometimes the only thing that you need is patience and willingness to do the work.

The crypto market is probably the most attractive place for traders and investors. But it is the most complicated and stressful place when i buy the Altcoins and keep them. facing the market situation against a sharp decline in prices over time will certainly make us anxious, and trading in such situations will make us stressed, to avoid burnout and stress relief in such conditions, I leave the trade for some time and forget it for a moment , I prefer to vacation with the beach family and other recreational places for some time so that when the mind is refreshed and the feeling of boredom is gone, then I will start to be active again in the trade.
There are times when trading and steadily looking at charts and graphs can be very stressful.. It comes with the business side of the game though, one just has to master it and it becomes less stressful and much more fun.

You need to do something other than trading. It doesn't matter for what period of time: hour, day or month. You can don't think about something only if you do something else!
I do not have enough experience in trading so I dare not go there for now but I do hope in every work, resting in between may save you some energy. The rise and fall may keep you behind your laptop all day but hey, take some rest. It will help.
For me trading is also stressful. I tried it a few times, but every time it was pure stress and did not make fun. since then i do not trade anymore and will probably be in the future. Since then i do not trade anymore and will probably not do it in the future. It seems to be something for everyone.

Haven't got the time anymore to spend especially with ALTs it takes over completely, almost started to effect my actual job.
