Trading is always stressful. Although this stres destroy most of people and make them a zombie, some people take it as a game or something and use this stress for their benefit. Everybody can find a way to deal with stress, I mostly prefer to run, play basketball or watch a movie. Trading is also a basic way to see your own limits.
Everything that you do for living in this world is stressful, it just every people know how to handle their stress. Trading is stressful because you have to see the chart and analyze it but you have to relieve it because stress won't help sometimes to have successful result. When the market is down, you have to leave it and come back later, exercise your body and mind to continuously work with positivity.

no, during the red market I am currently trading with a duration of 1-2 weeks. when I ride, I will sell again because it is possible to go down again. ripple, I hold 2 weeks and I have already made a profit. I think that is a fair trade.

if you choose to play blockchain games when the market is bearish, then I choose to participate with several bounties.

I do not stop trading, but my trading activities when the market is bearish are very rare.
Well that was a great strategy, I believe that the bitcoin will really rise soon so we need to wait for it, because trading in this dip is really stressful, specially to those who are new on the crypto feild. Because they maybe surprise from the huge dip that we are now experiencing. In crypto we really needbti have patience and control our self emotion due to its unstable market status, anytime price and value of every crypto coin may rise or fall so we need to be ready and always prepare.

I believe it is!

What do you do to relief trading stress? Do you have any alternatives?

As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!
The emergence of stress will always be there, it is part of the emotional control we have. Resting and trying to find entertainment can be the best alternative. Because if we trade in stressful conditions then the results will not be maximal and it is probable that we make the wrong decision. The best conditions for trading are when we can get a comfortable situation and calm conditions.

It is probably yes because most of traders thoughts are about profit and profit, every single of their decision whether buying or selling must be profitable. This causes a stress. Therefore, trader should be patient and calm and have good analysis about the market and each coins they want to buy.
At this moment, trading is not good time to do because most of coin or tokens are not stable, the price is extremely volatile.

It's not about stress, it's about to have the time for. Not everyone has the time to follow daily the news, charts, and so on.
Beside Bitcoin (since I like to read Bitcoin drama on the news) I follow Horizen, since I liked the project and has a node. A bit of others just for speculate

Yes, trading is stressful especially when the value of your token is low. I preferably I watch movies to relieve the stress on that time and have relax and sometimes I go to a massage parlor.

Trading is not for everyone, at least if you want to be sucesseful in it. Looks like you are a gmabler type person since you are talking about blockchian games. People who are sucesseful at this stuff have a special mindset ,they remain calm and learn from their actions.

Going for vacation, but actually it will be more stressed for me because with vacation means our money is gone again  Grin, only personal opinion, don't think it deeply. But vacation or holiday will relief our stress after all activity.

For crypto which is volatile, I think you will really be stressed because of the quick movements of the market. Especially if you are day trading and listening only to fuds and hypes and not relying entirely on technical analysis.

Trading bots have reduced the stress in trading. They are made to recognize trends and automatically execute trades thereby reducing the stress for traders.

I haven't tried trading bots. How effective are they? and what are you using right now?

Interestingly, if the currency is decentralized, is it impossible to buy it on one exchange and sell it on another? Otherwise, it turns out, everything is tied to the exchange, which is not regulated by anyone and does not owe anyone?

When I was on trading I agree that it's really stressful thing. Giving too much focused that will lead you sometime not getting enough sleep. I relieved the stress by playing online games while doing it.

It all depends on your approach to it.  If you are just into trading part-time, it can't be much stressful because you don't have all your time into it.
The stressful part of trading is having to keep up with the market abd reading charts regularly, checking up on your holdings all the time.

Trading is stressful for every single trader. Asking if it is is pretty much pointless because you can google some research conducted in the field.
Here's a very nice article about the stress in forex trading, which is exactly the same as stress in crypto trading.
https://www.quora.com/Is-it-stressful-to-be-a-trader
Imagine having guaranteed bills and obligations but no guaranteed income. This is the exact scenario that drives people into full-time employment in the first place. The risks associated with self-employment are the exact same risks that a Forex trader faces when going it alone.

The biggest stress for me was to go to bed not knowing what the night will bring. I wasn't sleeping well afraid that in the morning I'll see a huge price crash.
