AS Roma new boss have alot of things to take good care of in the club, he's just starting and will do everything to win the trusts from the team's board and also from the supporters. Contrary to the club's performances, I must confess, he's doing exceptionally good and excellent. Daniele De Rossi will keep managing the team to be strong and aiming to enter important positions on the table. AS Roma are keen on grabbing more significant points this season but they've to traced themselves to be elite team that are eager to lift a title this season.

It is not the first time that Roma looks as if they have more control over the game, but they lack some quality to create chances, to use that ball possession and more often put their opponents under serious pressure. You can see it from the number of shots on target: Roma had 5 shots on target with 68% ball possession and Fiorentina had 5 shots on target with only 32% ball possession.

That was not quite the result they were hoping for as Bologna and Juventus both failed to win their games. That was another chance to get closer to the top four positions here. Though I have to add that Fiorentina is a reasonably good team at the moment and not to be beaten easily in their home stadium. I think in summary Roma is happy about the point as they were actually on the bring of losing the game.

AS Roma are seeking to enter and finish the season in the top four of the Italian Serie A so they can guarantee themselves UEFA Champions League football next season and that's why I'm of the opinion that they should've delivered a better performance than they did against Fiorentina yesterday. Without doubt, the club have really improved their performance since Daniele De Rossi took over the managerial position at the club after the club's management sacked Jose Mourinho but since they're trying to make sure they finish the season in the top four, I expected a better performance than what I saw yesterday. Fiorentina were were few minutes away from recording a huge win in that game against Roma yesterday before Diego Llorente scored in the 95th minute to help the away team get a point in that game.

With that result, Roma are currently sitting in the fifth position of the league table but still have a chance to overtake fourth placed Bologna who are just three points ahead of them in the league table. The Italian Serie A title winner this season I think is almost decided because league leaders Inter Milan are currently leading the league table with 16 points so i think it's almost impossible for any of the other teams to catch up with them

Yeah must be admitted De Rossi managed to bring Roma to find their best game even almost reached the top 4, previously we doubted De Rossi for only winning against weak teams but now he can prove it and can compete with other top teams. I think Rome has a great chance to take over the 5th place AS Roma only needs one more win to collect 51 points and this week AS Roma will fight weak teams like Sassuolo it must be an easy win for Roma.

Serie A still leaves 10 matches and each team still has a chance to gather more points or at least 30 points if AS Roma can continue this positive trend so it's easy for them to get it. It cannot be denied that while under the control of coach De Rossi, Roma were able to perform well and show much more consistent performance. Roma also managed to get consecutive wins in Serie A matches before today being drawn by Fiorentina.
In terms of standings, it is clear that Roma have much better ranking at the moment because they have also won several times which gives them full points.
There is still chance for Roma to continue to win and finish this season competition with much better ranking, but it really has to be based on consistency and good performance to keep winning.
