Yeah this is the time to invest into some of the potential altcoins in the crypto market or better still do daily trading with it. Well you do have some coins lined up but i would rather be interested in buying Vividcoin, Hydro etc.

But the best time to buy on when the altcoins drop the price, But the recovery of it maybe it will going to long.

the current market requires investors or new capital to be able to change prices again, for some people who may have fallen in the value of their portfolios so far that they cannot buy altcoins at this low price because they have run out of capital to invest and increase portfolios.

Buying and holding i think is better because market now still not turning back. But always check the best coin that has a potential to grow someday. I better buy more ethereum and ripple but dogecoin i think not better because it has a slow growth movement in terms of value. Better to buy tgose coins with small and limited supply because itvhas a possibility that it will increase more later it's value.

During bear markets, we may see the prices to be very low but it isn't easy to buy these low coin because our huge monies have also turned low so it is the same thing.
Let's say I had 1000$ worth of eth and now eth has decreased by 85%. Your 1000$ of eth won't be worth that again so you do not bother to buy new eth because you have lost a lot. This is what usually happens in the bear market. This is a good time for investors to get in but no good time for a hodler.
