Cardano is the only coin I would buy right now from your list, there are other coins I would buy right now especially in this dip, I like your list but I just think there are other coins deserve to have my money more than what listed. But this is my own opinion and I am sure everyone will have a different opinion on which coin to buy at this dip.
How many times this year we say it's time to buy Altcoins when the market suddenly drops. However, I think it is necessary to wait for the downtrend to continue for some time before investing again.
I advise everyone to conduct their own market research before investing in a particular coin, now a good time for invest, i am sure.
Ripple would be good as it already prove its worth after it has surpass eth. The ceo has even boasted that they will going to beat the bitcoin market price which is possible also but it may take some time. As we all know that crypto has its own way to pump its market price bur relatively it could still be affected by the bitcoin market price movement. Whatever it will be Ripple is a good choice.

yes altcoins are beeter coins now to invest the price is low and we can make easy profit from trading and we can also hold coins for long time and make money.
Not all altcoins will give us glory as most of them are shitcoins that pretending to be a good one but after they get what they wanted it will hit the bottom. 
All the coins which you mentioned in your post are almost at their all time low and I also agree with you that this is the best opportunity to buy these coins now because these are very good coins and I am sure they can give very good amount of profit in the coming time. There are also very good coins in the top 100 which can give great profit in the future so better to the search and buy all the good coins.

All are low values coin. Ripple is best choice from low values coin. Exchange platform still going good. Binance, okex, hitbtc, lbank all are good type exchange.

Yes, you are right about that this is the right time to buy some altcoins. At this moment, many altcoins are very cheap. So you need to research before investing which altcoin is best for invest. I think Ripple & Doge is good for long-term investment.

Cardano and Nem good choice, ripple for a low risk investment. No idea about holo and investing on dogecoin is such a gamble dead coin but sometimes it has a surprising pumps.
