Yes of course we should be relax to make our self calm in the time that our bitcoin falls down and I think it is also OK to worry about what you invest but you should keep yourself relax because it is natural to bitcoin to make the investors panic to their investment to worry about it. So better to try some activities without thinking your investment just be make some positive thinking of it.

Ending of 2017 had influx of new people invest in crypto because of the gains.
It is the same people that are pulling out now. Why?
Because they only came for the profit and they are not interested in learning the game and coping with the struggles that comes with it.
So most of them are the weak hands selling off their asset and exiting the cryptoverse with losses.

I am sure that the others don't get relax when they see the dropping rate of the coins. When they see about of their holding coins. It always no dropping rate. But we need tp relax and got easy.
