So is there a limit to how many workers you can have on Kano per 1 account?  I only ask because am at 83 and now anything past that I am getting a connection refused.

I am working with S9's and have tried several other trouble shooting techniques before coming to this forum, but the next 5 units all have been refused by your pool but I can connect to others.  Very frustrating as I have a lot more that I am planning to move to this pool.  Can you offer any help.

Thanks

You got a space on the front of the username on some of your miners.
You'll have to remove that Smiley

So the 5 that I am having problems with is because of a space?

I wasn't going to say anything, but this is pretty general. I've had an RMA conversation with Canaan that's gone quite well from my view; within that conversation there was an indirect reference (on their part) to an impending new machine release (they didn't want my cooked A6 back...guess I get to replace the power connectors and play with it). That was just a couple of hours ago UTC...Monday morning in Beijing. I'm hopeful.

Canaan is turning up the heat.  I sure would like to know the specs on whatever they are using.

There isn't an upper limit to the number of workers you can have provided you're a hashing miner (which you are since you said S9s, as opposed to a CPU botnet); you're probably unintentionally being blocked by the DoS strategies regarding the pool front end. I'll ping Kano to look into it for you.

My brain must have lost a day bc yesterday I thought I woke up to two blocks but I see by the stats page this morning that we actually had zero blocks yesterday. However, we really do have two blocks already today Grin (unless today is yesterday & tomorrow is today?)  Wink
Ok, so maybe today we can break out and get a couple more blocks - mine on!

Hey again guys, thanks for the responses, I'm sold on CKPool now. I'd rather make 34 cents a day than every 4 days. F2Pool went down the crapper for me. I anticipate staying with CKPool for good.

Moving my miner to another pool is almost like buying a house for me right now- it's a big step, so I had to be analytical about it. Lol

Many thanks for the guidance Newko, Firetreeactual and Zou. ^^ Cheers.

My miners keep dropping off, anyone else having issues?
There's been no server problems since the problems I mentioned on the 4th.
So prolly was local to you?

My home machines are on the main node; the Labrador machines are also. No issues here. Could be a local network/ISP issue.
